Glad this wasn't a single person just working out of a garage. Seems Kara also does boarding, so she's in the more professional category. I'd give a 5 star rating except for the fact she doesn't take specific hourly appointments...show up at 8AM with everyone else and first come first serve. My dog is a shelter dog, and gets really scared waiting in a cage. On the plus side, the waiting cages were of good size and seemed very clean.
