I've been shopping Underground Culture for over 4 years. Underground Culture's employees are knowledgable, helpful, generous with their time explaining how things work. I enjoy shopping this store. Every time I walk through Underground Culture's door, they remember and say hello and we always have a nice time sharing information and just talking. I love the place, I wouldn't shop anywhere else and I don't question their prices, Underground Culture prices things fairly, competitively, it's a great place to window shop. They actually let you do layaway here and they are extremely reasonable and flexible , they work with your budget to get whatever pieces you like! Not only do they have wildly amazing collection of glass , but MOST of it is american made and of those a great deal of them are local to New England and Rhode Island specifically.. AND they have art from WOMEN artists too!!! YAY! On top of the regular smoke shop items and glass, they carry a wide range of street art an graphic art supplies for the aspiring and professional artist! Stopped in looking for a new vape and even though he knew it would stop me from making a purchase the gentleman informed me about the new state law on how flavored vape juice is banned. He was very knowledgeable and made sure that I didn't purchase something we both knew I was going to have no use for. I appreciated his honesty and customer service. Far and above THE BEST service I've ever had. I went in to see if they carried my pod, since Massachusetts instituted a Vape ban. Even though they don't carry my size, Heather, the co-owner with her husband, made a half dozen phone calls for me to competing businesses just to find my size pod. She found one retailer finally, and as an extra gracious effort, she ordered some for me to pick up next week for future use! She hardly made any $$ on the transaction, but valued customer service more than profit. WOW! What a rare find this business is! I wish I could give them 6 STARS! read more

Way too expensive compared to the other shops. Their selection sucks and product isn't of quality!

They have a good selection of midrange pieces, and everyday needs like cleaners and utensils. Staff is also very friendly outgoing and helpful. Gave 2 stars because products are hit or miss, bought a pack of g-pens that turned out to be cheap knock offs of grencoscience g-pens at higher prices than their website. Like any other headshop refunds are understandably out of the question for obvious reasons. But I cannot recommend making a purchase from a store that is willing to decieve their customers at absolute highest prices. If you do shop at Underground culture, be sure to stay away from any name brand vape pens, because there is no guarantee your not getting a cheap fake. read more
