I went here to buy an unflavored vape. Being a novice, I wasn't really sure what to get. So the clerk was very helpful and she told me about the recommendations and also answered my questions. I ended up buying an ox bar. I'm not a smoker, but I just had an urge to try it out. I thought the value was decent. $21.99 for 50,000 puffs. It worked as promised everything was fine when I tried it out. The parking and store were decent. I did, however, learn that the regular vapes and the fruit flavored vapes burn your throat, just as much as each other. Pretty disappointed with white horse vapor. We've ordered several times from them, unfortunately we live in a very busy building and someone has stolen our vape packages twice. The first time we had to file a claim with usps before they would help us in anyway. WHV ended up sending us a gift card for the stolen vape amount and we were able to order replacements. Thankfully got the reorder. But just last week we ordered $70 worth of vapes and some jerk stole them again! Well when I contacted WHV they told me there was nothing they could do due to usps dropping off the package! I had placed a new order through the online store a couple of weeks ago for a popular product, elf bar. I had ordered a assortment or spread of flavors to see what I liked and what I did not like. I probably ordered eight or 10 different vapes I received the package and there was no issue with what I received at a glance. I kept everything inside the original shipping box and grabbed the next flavor when one was depleted and I tossed it. Fast forward to the other day, one of the elf bar, vapes malfunctioned, and it when I were to go take a puff of it it was consistently run and burn not stop when I stop taking a puff. I emailed their customer service and they were scheduling me to return the FR to them but that's when I realized they sent me out a flavor by mistake. I had ordered strawberry, watermelon, strawberry banana, along with other fruity flavors, and the one I received was strawberry ice, but I did not place an order for that one and I did not catch it because I ordered a full assortment of different flavors and only one of each flavor. When I told them about this issue that I caught while getting ready to return it, this was their exact response "Thank you for your clarification! Please note that we cannot accept returns for the used and opened items per policy. We recognize that you have already tried your vape, which, unfortunately, voids our policy in this particular case. Please note for future orders; if you ever receive an incorrect item, we kindly request that you refrain from opening it. I have been a long time customer of White Horse Vapor. I've had a couple problems here and there with receiving wrong devices (vapes). I have never been requested to sign for a package up until this last order. after my order was placed, I received an email stating that the delivery would require a signature. I immediately emailed their customer service department and advised them to cancel the order due to the fact that the package was being shipped to my home and I would not be home to sign for it as I'm working during the day. I was Informed that the package was already shipped (how convenient!). I ended up having UPS return the package to the sender. I reach out to White Horse Vapor customer service today to see if they've received the package. I was informed by them that their records indicate that the package was delivered- and then, they quoted their policy about not being responsible for packages that may have been lost/stolen/damaged...and so on so forth..after they receive notification from UPS that the package was delivered. So it's basically my word against UPS' word. Very unethical. I ended up tracking the package and it show delivered to the UPS DOCK- not my house. I emailed them proof of this and am currently waiting for a response. The customer service department has not been easy to deal with. I recommend taking your business elsewhere.
