Best vapor parlor and shop in the area. Nobody can beat their selection. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I don't understand all the negative yelp's. I've been going to their shop for a couple of years, fell off the vape and went back to cigarettes, after getting back to the vape, they still greeted me with a smile after months of not going. The support they give to help people get off tobacco is always encouraging. I've talked to the owner and his wife about how much better they felt after quitting cigarettes, how their lifestyle change created Goodfellas. Not a bad looking shop but like others on here I got that same bad vibe from the manager or w.e. Juice is cheap but for a reason. Its not that good. There vendors juices are not bad but pricey. Also I felt like I was getting starred at while I was sampling the juice. If I have a question ill ask, I don't need someone staring at me while I'm trying to shop. Good experience at GoodFella's. The place was a bit busy when we arrived, a good sign imho, and we were pleasantly greeted with a "hello" and "let me know if you have any questions". Its a good size place with many comfortable places to sit if you so choose. A long counter displays the many flavors available to try. There are several cases of atomizers, mods, batteries and the like that will satisfy anyone from a beginner to an expert. From beginner to advanced, you can not go wrong with GoodFella. Prices on hardware, juice and accessories are all extremely reasonable. Not like other shops I've visited, seems like everyone else is out to make $ while the owners here are out to make sure people get what they need and are happy about their purchase. This is what has people coming back. I will be the first to admit I was all about another store but when their QC went down the tubes and prices skyrocketed I needed to find a more budget friendly shop. And I did. I also have to say the atmosphere at GoodFella is more inviting that other places, you can actually go in, vape and chat with the people there and not feel like your being pressed into buying something or get pushed out the door because your not immediately buying or sampling. Have been to both stores. They have a Shop in South Attleboro aswell but that business is not listed to give a review. I live in Attleboro so the South Attleboro store is very convenient for me. The first time i went into the store the Woman there was very friendly and helpful the next time I went in a different woman was working behind the counter and made me feel like my tasting juices and buying products was disrupting her from hanging out with the one other customer in the store. My next experience was in swansea the man working there was super nice and helpful. Then back in South Attleboro several times and again same woman very unfriendly and again made me and my friends feel like our buisness was bothering her. She is not friendly at all and just about the worst customer service I have ever gotten from a small business. The last time in there my friend had a tank that was bought from goodfellas that wasnt working and was told By a man this time that there was nothing he could do and that he needed to call the company that made the tank. After our last few visits and bad expierences At the South Attleboro store we seeked out a new Vape shop which we found (it is farther away and less convenient but the customer service there is worth the drive.) We brought the same tank (that was bought at goodfellas)to this new shop and asked if there was anything they could do to help. With no hesitation they took the tank looked at it and in ten min the tank was fixed. So we will no longer be giving our buisness to goodfellas but to the shop with the good customer service. read more

Very unsatisfied. I've been there a total of three times and all three of them were bad experiences. There always seems to be an excessive amount of fuck boys loitering around the couches. Also, very poor customer service! I was asking a question about a coil to one of the clerks behind the counter, and the owner butts in with a very rude comment and curses at me. I was very confused initially because I had not even addressed or noticed that he was there until that point. The prices are marked up. Overall I would suggest avoiding this place at all costs. I recently bought a new vaping rig there. The guy behind the counter was very knowledgeable, and helpful. The prices are marked up pretty high over what you can get the same products for online. I found the same battery for $30.00 less online than what I paid instore. I understand a bit of a markup, but that seems a bit much for me. If I had done my research on the product I would have bought it online. I also think they could toss in a free small juice if you spend over $100.00. I was impressed with the store. It is large, and has places to sit, and relax while trying flavors. The reason I gave it 3 stars is the markup. I just feel like I didn't get the best deal, and the juice thing bothers me. Hate having to give it a star, bought joyetech egrip in February lasted almost 2 months, called about warranty (egrip has 90 day warranty) joyetech said store I bought it at was obligated to help me, I contacted store they said it was out of their hands, they could sell me another one at half price, which is more than I could buy it for online. They did pick good name for store, it is kind of like mafia shenanigans they pulled. I have been to this shop multiple times and when I am on the South Coast I won't go anywhere else. The owner is a personable guy and the shop is very well kept. They have a great selection of different vape gear and as far as the juice goes they have so much you could vape for a year and not have to try the same thing twice. I don't always write Yelp reviews but when I do it is because they deserve them! I love GoodFella Vapor. I would also like to add that obviously you may be able to research products and juices and may be find them for a slightly lower price, but this is a B&M with huge overheads and the convenience factor. A shop with so much going for it, it's a shame that they don't have any customer service skills whatsoever. As far as selection and prices, best I have ever seen, and I've been to many a vape shop. But, when you walk into this place, it's an immediate sense of unwelcomeness. The woman and man behind the counter give you a dirty look, as if they're doing you a favor by letting you in. The main selling point of going to a shop rather than buying your products online is the ability to taste different juices, and see different hardware in person. The only problem is that this shop sees testing liquids as a huge burden on them. "Wow, I haven't been able to find that juice anywhere! Can I try some on my dripper?" "Nope, don't have the tester for it" (90% of their juices you can't try) "oh okay, but can you tell me the flavor profile?" "I don't know" It's as if these people have never seen another vape shop before. Then, when they do have the flavors you want available to test, there are house rules that say that the workers have to drip it for you, and a maximum of 5 flavors per person. WHAT? That's crazy. These people need to learn how to treat their customers, we don't owe them ANYTHING. I definitely do not recommend this place. read more

I'll begin with saying I'm not exactly new to the vaping scene, I know my stuff and really just needed juice for my dripper. So I drove to this store excited to have a quality family run store in my area. It was a 20 min drive from my city and I really wanted to support local business. With that said it was a pretty bad experience. When I first walked in I waited for 5 min for someone to come up and ask if I needed assistance and I did. I asked an older woman if they carried Suicide Bunnies OB but she rolled her eyes and looked at her short angry daughter. Her daughter replied in a cocky condescending tone "soo um like vanilla and custard pffft" and proceeded to roll her eyes and walk away. The mother then told me to go to the other counter they had arranged free samples for customers to try and that's a great idea but in practice it was a bad experience. 10 or 15 bro's sat there with no room for paying new customers. clearly regulars who never buy anything but smoke free samples all day and are promoted to loiter and chase away new customers. They began chatting with the owner about how he will never carry the ob in his shop and how he thought it was too fruity(gay) and too expensive knowing I just asked if they carried it. even though everything they sold was the same price. After some very awkward looking through books (should of just left) I settled on Space Jam Andromeda. The guy asked me what nicotine strength I wanted and I replied 3 and he said "ummm ok". He ended up grabbing a bottle and brought it to the back room. He came back out and whispered something to the boss about zero but didn't think anything of it at the time as I was just short of having my anxiety run wild. He sold me the product and as I got into the car I noticed it was 0 nic juice and they took a marker and wrote 3 over it even though the bottle was still in plastic. That is ridiculous and at that point I didn't even want to go back in but I regret it now I should of just returned it. Nobody was helpful and all of them acted as rude as you could possibly be while running a shop. I felt unwanted and rushed out. They intentionally sold me a product I didn't ask for and all seemed to have this idea that they sat on a pedestal because they vape one way and they like one kind of ejuice and its the only way. I really wanted to like this shop and was very excited but in the end was let down, rushed out and belittled with minimal help by the employees. They clearly thought of me as some sort of stupid noobie because they apparently vape 18mg at .2ohms but thats ok because these are the same people who complain that its hard to run a shop and everyone's buying things online. I know this will anger friends, family and regulars of the shop but this was my experience and should matter and If I was running a shop i'd want an unbiased opinion from a new customers perspective.
