The people I interacted with could not have been more courteous, thoughtful, and genuine. Their sincerity and interest in doing a good job was very obvious. The people here are winners! I only wish that we were able to overcome the archaic technology that is their online design and online ordering tool. After spending a ton of time to get the design the way I wanted it (basically uploading an existing design and dropping it onto an image of a shirt), there was just no way to compare options or to make the transaction happen. Literally. Perhaps the online version of this company is not yet ready for prime time, but I believe that their staff will bend over backwards to make sure that they do a good job for you. After more than 2 hours trying to use the online tool and ultimately having to make phone calls and work offline, I bailed. When the internet gets to Iowa, this place is going to rock. People - 5 Stars, Tech/Tools - 1 Star. This company is still worthy of a shot, but it didn't go well for me. read more

I had ordered a sweatshirt and t-shirt through a school organization and received the wrong color t-shirt, so I took it to the store front and the two guys that were working at the time were super nice about it. They told me that it would take a maximum of 10 business days to hear from them and be able to come pick it up. When it got to the 10th business day I still had not heard anything from them, so I thought I would give it a few more days. It is now the 13th business day and I have still have not been contacted. This has been a very big inconvenience for me seeing as I have already moved back to Illinois for the summer. I will not be ordering through Underground Printing again because of this. read more
