Meanwhile, I had several sessions with Dr. Britt and found her to routinely show up late looking disheveled. She would frequently ask very simple questions that had simple answers and then never really dive deep into anything. After about a month of seeing her once a week I reached out to the office assistant about when I'll be getting a refund from insurance only to be told that they didn't take my insurance. LIKE WHAT, if that was the case then you should have told me AGES ago. I find Dr. Britt and her practice unethical at the least and predatory at the most.
