We have called to try and figured out why the septic for our shop has been overflowing into our office entrance way and they keep blaming on other variables. I've paid Plummer's to come out to confirm we have no issues with out plumbing and other septic companies who have came out and confirmed that it was improper installation yet slaughter will not take any responsibility and has blocked our number so we can't even call to tell them the issues we are having with a NEW septic system that is still under warranty. We have sh*t water going into our office entrance and crawfish coming to entrance due to water overflowing from the septic in 95 degree weather when there has been no rain for days Worst customer service Do NOT use this company. Now that we are filing reports with the county we are being told that many people have this issue with Scott slaughter. That when he is taking your money to install its all good but once he gets the money he could care less to finish the job the correct way. The owner is very unprofessional hanging up on us and not evening trying to address the issue We are business owners ourself and we understand mistakes happen but we do our part to try and resolve it and make it right for our customers especially when they paid for a service and slaughter seems to be the complete opposite where he could care less once he gets paid The system at our house, we were told that it needed to be pumped cause of dog fur (installed LESS than a year ago) and the guy tells us our warranty won't cover it and if the pump goes out it's on us. After calling that to be BS they had someone else come out and say it's from sludge and they weren't sure how it happened. We got another company to come out and they made a report saying the return lines were improperly installed and all three trash was going to the clean tanks with the filters causing the filters to get clogged and the pump to continually run and I sent that to them and they have YET to address it. Just really disappointing cause we trusted them and have paid tens of thousands to them for all of our systems and every single one in use has a issue. Chose any other company if you're looking for septic work. Literally a donkey could do a better job at the point. Atleast he'd have a reason to why is work is so unprofessional.

I am also aware that the discount Casey is refusing to return to me is something that HAS NEVER been done in the past, when a customer cancels the service contract. So this is inaccurate that Casey cannot refund the remaining $76, I called last week and checked with them before I decided to cancel the agreement. I know that Casey is new to this position and he is unfamiliar with how previous transactions have been handled. I asked Casey why is he arguing with me about the $76 difference, he stated "I am not arguing with you". Okay if he wasn't arguing with me, then why is he not writing me a check for $76, because of the quote given to me by Alyssa? I sure hope that the $76 that Casey is refusing to give me is worth the loss of business. I let Casey know that my poor review would remain because HE REFUSES to return the amount that I was promised.
