Ray was always very professional and courteous with me and my dog . I hired Ray to do my dogs obedience training and also hired Ray to board my dog when I go out of town. She's great with Bravo. It's good to know you can drop your dog off and go on vacation and not worry about him. I highly recommend Ray to anyone looking to get there dog trained or boarded. read more

All of a sudden our new dog stated attacking our older female dog, who had been with us since she was 12 weeks old. It was a very stressful time, we could not understand nor stop it so we kept them separated and called dog trainers. One place told us it would be two weeks to even get a consultation. So we called Underworld Kennels who our neighbor recommended to us. They came to our house within two days, evaluated the situation and told us what needed to be done. Tilly, the trainer, took our 9 mo. old female dog for board and training for 14 days and when our girl came home, we had our sweet tempered girl back and trained better than the other two. We still have training to keep up on, but Tilly was worth every penny we paid for her training. Hands down, she is the best trainer who cares and loves dogs! We highly recommend this company. read more

These people are liars and horrible dog trainers! The trainer hit my dog and told my wife and I to hit her. We were very uncomfortable with her teachings and her willingness to teach you nothing. I have no idea how they have 5 stars. Must be friends they asked to get on here and rate them. Needless to say we tried to cancel and now they claim they didn't hit my dog or tell us to. And will not refund us the money even though I offered to pay for the first class. That's fine. I will get my money back. Oh ya and they will get on here saying they didn't do it but that's a lie! People will try to make claims based off they don't want to look stupid or uneducated. It's sad because she had some dogs in her garage and they all looked so unhappy and pissed off. She just kept squirting them with water. They looked like they had been hit one too many times. Good luck to people who leave their dogs with them. And if anyone wants to see all the text back and forth showing the lies, you are more than welcome to ask. I will show anyone and everyone. Oh ya and they will cancel your appointment based on they have a booth in the fair. How is that my problem that you have people who don't want to work for you? Another way they will breach their contract they have with you. I am telling you... SPEND LESS AND GET A BETTER DOG TRAINER! Her review... Too bad she doesn't have accountability or integrity. The truth is the review and it's sad I listened for a couple of days to hit my dog. Good thing I found a cheaper and better trainer. My dog has already made a 180! read more

I got dority dix when she was 6 wks old from Ralenne. She has helped my train her for my service animal. Dority at 14 months old acts better and is better mannered than most dogs twice + her age. Any questions or concerns about my dogs well being I have instantly had help and guidance from. I couldnt ask for a better trainer. I read the other review and I can honestly say 100% I cant believe a thing said in it. I have learned more about training in the last year than the last 3 dogs I have trained for hunting read more

While I understand that mistakes can happen, it became frustrating that it occurred more than once. I will say that when the correct service is done, the grooming itself is usually decent, it has just been difficult getting the correct service performed. Toward the end, they did acknowledge the situation, but it felt more focused on what I could have done differently rather than fully taking responsibility. I did want the bath and nail trim, but the most important service I requested was the shave. Unfortunately, the shave was not done. At checkout, I was initially told the total would be around $100 for the bath even though the main service I requested was not completed. I ultimately paid $66 for services that were not what I had asked for. When my dog was brought back to me, I was told he had been shaved to 5/8, which he clearly was not. After reviewing the groomer's notes, I was told he had received a contour and butt trim services I had declined at the beginning when they were offered. I had specifically asked for the same shave he received during his previous visit. I do acknowledge there may have been some miscommunication at the front desk, and I understand that mistakes happen. However, when it happens more than once, it becomes difficult to overlook. I also felt uncomfortable bringing my dog back to have it corrected because I worried I might be viewed as a difficult customer, and I never want to feel concerned about how that could affect how my dog is treated. Customer service and clear communication are extremely important when trusting someone with your pet. After reading some of the owner's responses to other Google reviews, the replies came across as unprofessional and poorly written. While I understand wanting to defend your business, the tone of those responses was disappointing. After giving several chances, I unfortunately don't feel comfortable bringing my dog back. I hope the facility works on improving customer service, as it is one of the most important aspects of running a business.

My boyfriend and I bought our Belgian Malinios Bravo from Rae last year. These dogs are high temperament and I was nervous about raising him thinking I wouldn't have enough time or skills for this breed. After my pup went after our neighbor we contacted Rae about training Bravo right after it happened and Rae was over at our house a few hours later ready to train Bravo. She puts a lot of time and effort into training these dogs that it was a lot easier for me to do the trainings each week with Rae and Bravo. She is there when I have questions no matter what the time is I can always call or text her and she would walk me through the steps on how to handle Bravos behavior. The training was easy for me to understand and I was able to work with bravo under Rae's help and he's a completely different pup then when I first got him. The neighbor he attacked even commented how much of a difference it shows after we've completed just a few lessons with Rae. He's not even scared to be around bravo and will even come up and start petting Bravo!! The passion Rae has for animals absolutely shows in her work and training that any dog and dog owner never feels out of place or unable to complete the training. I will definitely be getting another pup and complete my training from Rae. It's absolutely 100% worth it! I couldn't ask for a better dog!! read more

Underworld Kennels and Dog Training has been AMAZING for us! Rae is a FANTASTIC trainer. We took our (then) 10 month old Belgian Malinois Athena here, and they have completely transformed her (and us) for the better, and have helped her blossom into the beautiful (and crazy) spirit she is today. They don't just train your dog, they train YOU to train your dog, which I think is amazing. They also helped somebody in our family with their 7ish month old Doberman, and she is also doing fantastic. They tell you what you are doing wrong and how to fix it. They are there for you 24/7 if you have questions, and they are incredibly supportive. They want the best life for you and your dog, and they know how to help you get there. I will recommend Underworld Kennels and Dog Training to anyone looking for a trainer and I will continue to take my future pups here. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING RAE!!! read more

Raelene Eppard of, Underworld Kennels & Dog Training, is one of the most loving, caring and talented trainer I have ever met in my life. As a US Navy Seabees Veteran, I was diagnosed with PTSD and she severe sleep apnea. I was helping out with some things and feel asleep and Gracie, one of Realene service dogs served that I had stopped breathing and she woke me up and stayed at my side while I slept. When I awoke, Raelene offered Gracie as my service animal and allowed me to assist in the training. Thanks a million to hert generosity and compassion for my well being. I gained a friend for life additionally, I have witnessed her in action training and accessing the temperament of potential service animals for potential clients. Their work and dedication is not for the money but for the cause and services they render. Highly recommended! read more

My wife and I were about to give up on our new puppy. She was biting nonstop, pulling on her leash, and was all around disobedient. After just one lesson with Raelene our puppy was a completely different dog! She taught us how to look and pay attention to our dog, and gave us tools to make our dog be what we had hoped she would be. In just 4 weeks Raelene taught our dog to come and sit, lay down for extended time, sit on elevated surfaces and heel all without a leash! This was the best investment me made. People come up to us all the time and compliment us on our amazingly behaved puppy. Raelene knows her stuff and you will be amazed at what she can do with your dog! read more

If you want your dog to be treated well and loved as much as you love them then this is the place! The trainer is knowledgeable and professional! I was kept updated with texts and video clips. I got my dog back happy and healthy and so much more better behaved. Our Blue boy loves Underworld. I also adopted a pup from them and what a great experience that has been. I feel like we have gained a lifelong friend and a trusted place to train and board my boys! We love Underworld! read more

Underworld kennels has a good selections dogs. I have received two dogs from this kennel and he is working for my department as a drug dog. I have just gotten a second dog from this kennel and she is just a puppy but she already is showing a lot of drive. The dog training world is unfortunately filled with miserably dishonest individuals who only care about the bottom line. Underworld is refreshingly honest, affordable and cares just as much (if not more) for the dog as the handler. As a 15 year Army veteran, I will only ever refer my brothers and sisters here. I have searched for a good trainer to help me with my Akita. He would bolt out the door and run. Nothing I or any trainers in Cache Valley tried could solve the problem....I found out about UnderworldKennels, took my dog there and within 3 days my dog comes when called every time.
