The wood tables had large chunks missing, jagged splintery edges,,,most of the round tables' metal edges were loose and some were "repaired" with duct tape. The chairs were dirty and several were unusable because of missing leg caps. One of the chill and fill tables had a large cracked/busted spot and we had to improvise with plastic table clothes so we could still fill it with ice and not cause a leak. I chose this company to work with because they had lower prices than their competitors. However, their prices were not so much lower to merit the very poor quality of the rented goods. Additionally, don't try to communicate with this company via email. I had to follow up every email from beginning to end with a phone call or two, and got all kinds of excuses why the email had not been returned in a timely manner. The email I sent a week ago regarding my concerns has not been responded to, either.

When I couldn't get a person via the phone, I sent an email at 9:15am placing my inquiry/request, explaining my challenge, with the caveat that I would be unable to respond until 11:30 that day. At 10:15am, Kelly sent us a very reasonable estimate and indicated that they could deliver what we needed the next day and pick up on Tuesday.
