She was very meticulous and was sure to get everything that needed to be done taken care of. Absolutely the worst!! paid over $700 for a deep clean and found misses everywhere! Sent just six pictures of areas that were missed could've sent about 20 more. Was told by the sickly sweet fake person who answers the phone that I would receive a phone call back about my issues. That never happened... Instead, I got an email accusing my family of being rude and disrespectful to their workers. the person who wrote the response didn't even have the guts to sign their name. It was just signed... Extremely unprofessional, lack customer service and severely lack attention to detail would not recommend them at all. read more

I had inquired about a recurring home Cleaning after having shoulder replacement surgery I had been quoted a price for an apartment that is less than 450 ft.². I decided that after a long hard thought that I could not afford the luxury of having a home cleaned I have no issue with the cleaner. She did a great job and I was shocked on the morning before my cleaning I was charged over $200 for canceling the cleaning on my apartment and the small apartment that my son in the basement again less than 450 ft.² when I called and discussed this with answered the phone once I got a little bit she told me I was threatening I have never threatened anyone in my than to tell her I was going to be to leave comments on as many sites as I could find she said this was all in some thing that she had me sign and over did, but I was also less than a week postop, but I knew I could not do my own my niece has said she will come and clean my apartment and my disabled son's apartment. I am an elderly nurse and I know what threatening sounds like. I might've had a stern tone of voice and told her that I would be sure to leave negative comments because I feel like they are stealing from me and when I called to tell them, I had to cancel because I couldn't afford it. I recently had UniStar come and do a moving-in cleaning, 350.00 and 100.00 to get 3 walls cleaned. The list of things that was sent from them that was supposed to be done was nowhere near what they did. I left a good tip for the cleaners they only sent one for this big job. I got home and just about everything was exactly the same as I left it, don't know if she left after receiving her tip or what. (don't recommend leaving your house if you hire them) I complained and they had me send pictures, which showed corners not cleaned under cabinets nothing was wiped down all the way streaks on my appliances and more. I could go on and on. They sent someone else out to clean only the things I sent pics of. Of course after going back and forth and by then had already cleaned my house. They sent another person to come and fix what the other cleaner didn't do. Instead of sending someone out to the job right. They didn't offer any money back including the large tip I left for the cleaner. The next cleaner was very nice, and I tipped her $10 for 15 minutes of cleaning. One star for Uni-Star. Overpriced over their competitors. Who also offer MORE SERVICES! They send in one cleaning person, they do the bare minimum, and then they promise a 100% satisfaction guaranteed. But if you're not satisfied, get THIS, they don't give you your money back. They ask you to let them know you weren't satisfied so they can then offer to come back and clean again. Why would I want you to come back and "clean" a second time after the crappy job of the first time?.. no thanks. Highly DONT recommend. You're better off doing the cleaning yourself. read more

They do a great job cleaning my house at a very reasonable price. The sheets and bedspread are always put on the bed the correct direction (believe it or not this had not been the case with other services I have hired in the past) which I really appreciate. They remind you via email several times the week they are coming to clean. I like that. read more

Where to begin?? Recently moved into a condo that had been vacant for 6+months. Wanted a thorough cleaning as it had been vacant for so long and due to COVID-19 concerns. Called and scheduled them as they "specialize" in move in/move out cleanings. Biggest waste of money I have ever spent. Swept the floor, left the pile of dirt on the floor, did not clean the inside or tops of any appliances, did not wipe any dirt off any baseboards in the entire condo, did not clean any window sills. I literally have no idea what they did clean. I followed up by both email and phone. I was told that that they "don't clean" the insides of appliances. What? There are photos posted to this website that literally show the before and after pictures of the inside of a refrigerator. Avoid at all costs!!! read more

Operationally, a mess...I called for a quote and, based on the rate provided, booked my first cleaning online. As the holidays were approaching, I booked for November and December, to ensure I got the time slots I wanted. Shortly after I booked my time slots online, I was informed that both of the time slots I booked were unavailable and my times had been automatically moved. I was also informed that my initial quote had been wrong and the regular monthly service would be $72 more that I was initially quoted. After calling to follow up on pricing, I was informed that the original price I was quoted would be honored for my initial cleaning, this was not the case. My initial clean service was pretty good, but based on the operations of the business being such a mess, I likely won't use this company again. read more

Set up a post construction cleaning for my sister and husband in Manchester N.H.after they had to have there hardwood floors replaced because of mold.All the floors on the first floor had to be sanded and refinished.I was quoted $230.00.I asked if they would wash the interior of the windows.We agreed to a total of $445.00.Set up for 8:00AM before the furniture was delivered back in the house later that day.One cleaning lady should up at 8:00AM with a stick vacuum and a duster and was gone by 10:00AM.She called her office and told them that the windows were clean so did not need to be done.This company has no clue what post construction cleaning is.After a not so pleasant conversation they refunded the money for the windows.So do the math,$230.00-2hours=$115:00 per hour. read more
