No one clearly explained why my account was canceled, and they refused to assist me in getting my transfer PIN. Because of this, I lost all of my phone numbers that I've had for more than 15 years and also from my business. Now I have to print new business cards, signs, etc I have never experienced such disrespectful and unprofessional treatment from a company. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Gabe was the gentleman at Mobile Rescue in Norwalk (on route 7 near Wilton boarder) who fixed it and did an outstanding job. He also fixed a camera lens for free. I called the 800 number and it was a little bit complicated so I decided I wanna sit face-to-face, and go over the terms. When I met with the representative, he was not familiar with that exact offer and suggested several times that I should go back and call the 800 number instead. My initial reaction was that I felt like I didn't fit the box of the customer they were looking for because I was looking for a specific program and had quite a few questions about how it worked. What I will say, is it's probably an issue of training. As a former sales manager of hundreds of people, it would've been better if they sat down and tried to understand what I was looking for and then explain what they could offer. It may have worked out that they got the Sale. Ultimately I did take the new plan when it was explained to me correctly. But the woman on the phone took a good 20-25 minutes answering all my questions. It was a win-win for both Verizon for me.
