No one clearly explained why my account was canceled, and they refused to assist me in getting my transfer PIN. Because of this, I lost all of my phone numbers that I've had for more than 15 years and also from my business. Now I have to print new business cards, signs, etc I have never experienced such disrespectful and unprofessional treatment from a company. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Absolutely horrible customer service.

I will say the one who helped me had a smooth voice like Rami Malek, which really helped the transition. They identified the problem, my insurance gave me the coverage for a new laptop, and they gave me my old laptop back, took a while though since it was at some factory. After the whole ordeal, they flooded my email with Yelp review requests, so much so that they started going to my spam email. They were really bummed when I picked up my old crappy laptop instead of letting them fix it. Gabe was the gentleman at Mobile Rescue in Norwalk (on route 7 near Wilton boarder) who fixed it and did an outstanding job. He also fixed a camera lens for free. I called the 800 number and it was a little bit complicated so I decided I wanna sit face-to-face, and go over the terms. When I met with the representative, he was not familiar with that exact offer and suggested several times that I should go back and call the 800 number instead. My initial reaction was that I felt like I didn't fit the box of the customer they were looking for because I was looking for a specific program and had quite a few questions about how it worked. What I will say, is it's probably an issue of training. As a former sales manager of hundreds of people, it would've been better if they sat down and tried to understand what I was looking for and then explain what they could offer. It may have worked out that they got the Sale. Ultimately I did take the new plan when it was explained to me correctly. But the woman on the phone took a good 20-25 minutes answering all my questions. It was a win-win for both Verizon for me.
