To this day, I still have issues where my touch screen stops working. I've gotten used to quickly pressing the power button off and on, for everything to work again. Fortunately, I don't use the responsive touch features, because those were messed up, too. I 100% regret going here to save a buck. I finally took it back to get it repaired, but the clerk wouldn't repair it for a discount, even though the store shouldn't have given my laptop back without first fixing it. On top of that, the receipt I was given for the claim was for the last one in Decmber of 2025. I was also supposed to receive a call yesterday about the repair status, but I never received it. So I called the store today, but it turns out the claim wasn't made because the repair technician who gave me my receipt wouldn't be back until this Wednesday. And no one but that guy can inspect it.
