I was referred to Multicare Neuroscience by my PCP. Haven't even seen a doctor yet, but the…read moreexperience of trying to schedule an appointment has been terrible. They copied my phone number from the referral wrong and didn't try to get a hold of me though my email or contact my doctor to verify my contact information, they just gave up trying to contact me after 1 phone call with the wrong number, so after a week I finally called them. After 30 minutes on hold I was told that the doctor I had been referred to had left. They had randomly picked another doctor and needed to transfer my call. So i sat on hold again and the system eventually disconnected me. I called back and waited another 30 minutes only to be told that to use the doctor I wanted they would have to wait another day while they asked permission. So I called back the next day and waited another 30 minutes on hold and was told they couldn't schedule me because I hadn't had imaging done yet. I had told them the previous time I called that imaging was done we were just waiting on the radiologist to comment and release it, but apparently nobody noted that and the person I was currently talking to didn't care. So now if I want to use them I will have to wait until my results have posted call back, waiting on hold again, to maybe get an appointment. I think I will find another provider instead.

For years I have suffered from the most painful and debilitating headaches for 4 months every year…read moreand I had been seen by some of the most seasoned neurologists around western washington and I just continued to live with the pain because no one could diagnose me. Multicare and Tacoma General are truly blessed to be employing Dr. MARY STORM. She is one of the smartest, incredibly knowledgeable doctors that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Her dedication to the field of medicine and helping people is above reproach, as is her character. I cannot and will not ever be able to express the amount respect and gratitude I have for her for saving my life. Not only did she save my life she gave me back the quality of life that I believed was not possible. And when I walked into my appointment with her today after we greeted each other and she asked how I was feeling and how have my headaches have been and I replied" they are not and i haven't had any" and asked me to clarify, I repeated I don't have a headache. She stopped what she was doing and her face lit with genuine happiness and a big smile and she was happy for me, her patient. She never made me feel like I was being a pain when I was and she is an exemplary employee and the compassion for others she exhibits for those around her and her patients is nothing short of extraordinarily admirable. Dr. MARY STORM is the model of what a Neurogist and DOCTOR should be and one that all Multicare employees should strive for if they want to at the top of their profession. She is amoung the elite of her profession in the field of neuroscience and you couldn't be more lucky and/or fortunate to have her as a staff member at Multicare. She diagnosed my condition and confirmed it in 6 days and her relentless efforts to help me paid off. She is a true professional and due to Dr. MARY STORM's extreme knowledge and caring nature, she saved my life. She figured it out because she cared enough to figure it out. I have been dealing with this since 2010. I first met Dr. MARY STORM June 12th, 2024 and today I am headache free. They say not all heroes wear capes, sometimes they wear white coats (and cute red shoes from their travels)! She has restored my faith in humanity and human kindness and in the medical profession. THANK YOU. Mary Yost

We've had prescriptions overlooked and difficulty getting them to the pharmacy. We usually see a doctor annually but this office requires twice a year or won't refill your routine prescription. Rather than a quick phone call, office insists on an appointment just to review simple labs with no problem results. Although, I think Dr. Qüdüssi is a good doctor, but the operation seems like it's winding down. If you're a new patient, I wouldn't recommend, as it seems short-term.

At that time, she didn't put me on medication. I just got off what was supposed to have been a virtual appointment to manage the fact that I have lost height and need to reevaluate my osteopenia. I felt she was unprepared for the appointment, as she didn't apparently get my chart out of archive and read it so as to be aware of prior test values. She asked me when I had my bone density exam, and i said it would be in my chart that had been archived. She then said that it wasn't acceptable for me to be angry, which confused me, as I'd said in a conversational tone of voice that the test date ought to be in my old chart. She went on to tell me that it's the patient's responsibility to know when they had various tests and what the result was. While I agree that we patients need to understand the tests we had done and the results, I believe it's the Doctor's responsibility to know what their treatment plan had been, and what tests had been ordered and the test results that she had received. She was very rude. At that point, I said we were done for not only today, but forever, and hung up. I will not work with her again under any circumstances. If I could have given 0 stars on the rating I would have. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
