4 stars for decent selection and friendly staff. As a male, scrubs are sometimes hard to find, but Uniform Destination makes it easier. Various brands can be found here for guys, including basics like Cherokee up to Grey's Anatomy, Dickies, and Carhartt. Usually can find all sizes here, including the ever-elusive medium and large, but as of late the racks look a bit thin, so there may only be one or two mediums on display - so getting a few sets for work might be tough. Shoe selection is decent, but 99% are for ladies. Accessories behind the counter can round out your bag o tricks. They offer special ordering and can take 7-14 days, ask the staff for details. As of the review, prices are on par or better than Amazon. Note: they do not take returns, only exchanges. read more

My second time shopping here and I love how neat and organized it is. On this visit I was looking for a white set for my nurse pinning -woohoo!! They had the classic Dickies dress and of course I had to try it on. Besides the great selection of Grey's Anatomy, Cherokee, and Dickies, they also carry brands with smaller price tags that are still form fitting. I required scrubs for my new job; this was the first time in years that my job required scrubs. The scrubs world has changed since I was in scrubs, and I was overwhelmed by all the choices. Melanie came right to me and started to help me find the right and most comfortable scrubs for me to wear. She helped me with the color selection and with the sizes and styles. I was able to find quite a few sets. The racks were exceptionally well organized, with sizes up to 2x, tall pants, and petite pants. They are doing their best to accommodate most of their customer base. In addition, Jaiden helped me determine the correct shoes for style and comfort. Although I was there for at least an hour, they were incredibly kind and patient. In the end, I chose only two outfits, even though I had eight in hand, and they were not discouraged and mindfully replaced all the scrubs I did not choose and put them away without confrontation. A few times, people entered the establishment, and both ladies were quick to greet the newcomers and let them know of the sales. Melanie speaks Spanish, and Jaiden is super helpful even without knowing Spanish, which I thought was beautiful because she was trying to help everyone in every way that she could, even with a language barrier. The prices are right too! This location is tucked away in an unlikely spot but evidently the Brazilians also frequent this store when they are not buying up all the roller board luggage in the nearby shopping outlets. They regularly restock on Mondays so hit this place earlier in the week before the stock flies off the hangers. I am a big fan of the Cherokee, Dickies, and Grey's Anatomy lines and they have a wide array of all on hand. They also carry the elusive Cherokee bottoms with elastic waist bands to keep those pants from creeping down during a busy shift on the floor. If you are a guy, you know my pain! If you, like me, are a fan of royal blue colored scrubs - then look no further! For you females, this place is scrub paradise. They have every line and even a discounted rack in the front of the store with pieces under $10. I hit this location with a female friend who hauled away 3 complete sets for under $40! I also found some cool accessories her like the retractable lanyards for your work ID. There is also a wide array of Littman stethoscopes to choose from. I believe the items are priced right based on the scrubs that I picked out. 2 stars only for me even though the staff was very attentive and helpful. BUT they do not offer returns. I have never owned scrubs in my entire life. Now a better job offer came which does not require scrubs. I was going to take it to the store to return it only to find out they do not offer returns. I visited the store on 9/06/2020 in Mebane, NC, and paid for 5 pairs of scrubs. I needed a Large size but there was only one in stock, therefore, it was suggested that the remainder could be ordered and it would be shipped 9/10-2020. Today is 10/4/2020 and no scrubs yet. Be aware if you order there will be significant delays in receiving your product. I requested to cancel my order and was told absolutely not and no refund, exchanges only. How can I exchange when I have not received any scrubs. I have nothing to exchange. Not a good way to handle business. read more

The staff is very nice that's the only reason they get a two star. If you are trying to come here and your in a rush please beware, this store is not for you. Expect to be there for double or triple the time expected. I stood in line to be checked out for 27 mins. Although they have two staff at all times; only one works the cashier. It is a bit of a hassle getting there since it's on i-drive but if you can stand the traffic then it's definitely worth a look. The clearance section is always filled with name brands and even the cheaper off brand scrub are a good quality. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. My first time being at the store due to the great online reviews. I'm very disappointed by the lack of customer service that I received today. I came in shopping for new scrubs. Not only did I spent 10 mins looking around the store and confused. Clearly, I seen two ladies by the register one was on their phone, the other lady was standing around doing nothing. There was a third lady that approached me her name was Corinna, she was the only one that helped me out. She was very kind and helpful. I came here the first time for my scrubs for my first RN job and that was 8 months ago. They were helpful and I was able to find a several greys anatomy pairs I liked. Came here the second time for my contract RN job recently. Worst customer service ever. I was begging for help no one would help me and they weren't even busy just standing around talking to each other while I'm scrambling to find scrubs. I'm inbetween a small and a medium I'm a taller person. And they were anything but helpful. I ended up just ordering my scrubs online at scrubs and beyond and they had awesome customer service. I returned my only pair I bought there for my new job and bought I pair of sanibel but it took me an hour and I was never checked on in the dressing room. I had 14 pairs of scrubs in my hand and no one helped me carry them or anything. It was honestly just mean. And they barely talked to me maybe me feel so insecure being there. The worst ever!!! Save your money and go somewhere else. Went there on Sunday May 21, the lady who worked there looked unhappy and miserable. She never offered help. Told me she didn't have anymore sizes when I asked her for my size. . The only other customer in the store had to send her child to go get extra sizes. The lady spent her time looking in the mirror and playing inappropriate music in the store. I see why no one else was in the store and why it's always empty. Don't shop there!!! read more

The customer services here was terrible! First the guy says I'm picky and that I need to get what they have. Then the service rep was helping me and all of a sudden he says hold on I have to go take a piss! I'm like WTH??? I waited and waited and waited for about 15 minutes and the guy never came back. Then he comes out the back and walks right past me. I'm their waiting for him and he just walks past me and completely ignores me. So then I wave him down again to help. He comes back I needed help with a certain pant scrubs I said I'm looking for a medium then he says NO WAY your not a medium your a XL. We go back and worth a few time about my pant size when I know what I wear and not this guy. He hands me the pants and says here you go good luck in fitting in them. What a complete a** ho*e!!! This place sucks and is very terrible in providing customer service and they will belittle you and offend you as a person. STAY away from this place as they have terrible ethical manner towards there customers. I hope ALAN gets a course on customer service and learn how to talk to people. read more
