Been here a handful of times, and every single time was greeted with great service and left with great suits! Stych and the other workers really show their knowledge and want to make sure you not only look good, but feel good and comfortable too. First visit was 2021. Went back in 2024 for my husband's and his groomsmen's suits for our wedding. The suits turned out great and the paperwork for each man was so easy and quick. This place turned out to be a great find while looking for a suit/tux rental. I looked up some other stores in the area and was comparing the rental prices and they were almost the same of what an entire suit costs here at Stych. The main guy there, sorry forgot his name, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us find a suit for our son that would not only look good for his dance but will also serve him for interviews or other events where he needs to dress up. Throughout the whole experience, him an his staff were very attentive and made the our visit a pleasant one. My only gripe was with the delivery of the suit. Instead of scheduling a time for us to come in and try on the suit after the alterations, they kinda just gave us a window. "It will be done some time on Friday". Because I was off that day, it wasn't a big deal but, I had to call mutiple times throughout the day to keep checking and finally after the 3rd time, I got a window and a call back. I was directed to Stych by a salesperson at Men's Warehouse when I was unable to find what I was looking for @ MW. At Stych, my wife and I were greeted as soon as we entered and were helped by Juan. He was super pleasant and knowledgeable about their products. In no time we eliminated what wasn't right and he showed me several options that were just right. He guided me through the fitting process perfectly. No hard sales pitch whatsoever. He really seemed to care about how the suit fit and looked. After measuring for alterations he said I could expect to pick up the suit in 5 business days. Rosie (another sales associate) texted me 3 days later to let me know it was ready for pickup. We arrived and tried it all on and were pleasantly surprised that all the tailoring was done expertly. The only issue was one pant leg was about a 1/4 inch too short. Actually it was my fault because I forgot to tell them that one leg was a bit longer than the other. Rosie marked it to be re-hemmed and had it ready in 10 minutes while we waited. The staff was extremely accommodating, super friendly and my jeans were ready for pick up just a few hours after I dropped them off. Unpleasant experience which occurred a couple years ago. I am writing this review bc I have already unsubscribed from their emails but I am still receiving them after pressing the unsubscribe button twice in two different occasions. Hopefully this compels them to remove me from their mailing list. The owner Stych drops by at a security training school at Moorpark to offer his suits that are targeted for the security industry. Very unorganized & not a man of his word. I purchased the G2 suit for roughly 400 (give or take) that was to be tailored , which the current reiteration is the G3. Fast forward. It took months and after a couple follow up calls before I got my suit. To my surprise, I was sent a Nordstrom Rack suit that wasn't even tailored. A suit that I searched up online and was only worth like 200 to 300 online. I got my refund after I communicated I'd be disputing the charge with my credit card company. Additionally, they didn't even bother to reimburse me for shipping the suit back to them when the store was at fault. I must note some of the stuff Stych tries to peddle like the shoes, belts, and ties towards those in the security industry seem to be on par with the quality you could find at Santee's Alley. read more

I wasn't expecting the level of attention we got as Jim introduced himself quickly and made both me and my fiancé welcomed. Needed alterations on a Matron of Honor dress. I didn't initially contact Stych bc I thought they only worked with mens suits/clothing but inquired and got a response almost immediately! I was told that they do accept women's alterations. I went in the next day and had AMAZING customer service from all I came in contact with! I dropped off my dress on Tuesday 2/13 with a completion date of Friday 2/23 (so 8 business days, 10 actual days) with 3 seperate alterations...bringing up the shoulders, tighten up the under arm seams and shortened the hem. I got a text msg that the dress was ready by Thursday 2/15! Once I went in to try on and pick up the dress, again IMMACULATE customer service! Dress fit AMAZINGLY!!!
