I have sent all my employees here for scrubs for our 2 clinics. I ordered scrub bottoms that ended up too small and was told "tags have been removed so no returns". The tag was there, just not attached. But very matter of fact no consideration whatsoever. Customer service secondary to - I don't know what. It's tough to see such disregard. No effort at all. I am a travel nurse & starting at a new facility which require a certain color of scrubs to wear. I did not have that color of my own scrubs, so after trying out two different stores, I called & they had what I needed. I was able to get two sets of galaxy blue men's scrubs on short notice. I came into the store on cole road in Boise Idaho, the check out clerk Tammy was very rude had attitude the second I came inside the door. This was all because I did not have a mask on. She asked if I had one and I said no as it is not mandatory to wear one. She said then I will stay over here and if you need anything then I will direct you to where you need to go. I then asked if I can use the dressing room to try on something and she said well aren't they open. I came out and got my things and went to the check out desk. The lady said their are other area you can shop for scrubs so feel free to do that next time. I asked why are you so rude and she said that it's freaks like me that give people covid. I asked for her manager and she said I am the manager. I felt like I was attacked by her she threw me my scrubs and told be to get out of her store. So if a supervisor or higher manager would like to talk to me about this store I would love to talk to them. I will not come here ever again. Hopefully there are cameras inside that the higher management will be able to see and teach the girls how to properly speak to people. Thank you read more

I took my daughter to this store to purchase hunter green scrubs. This color needs to be special ordered. The store manager helped us and she knew what products came in Hunter green and what didn't. I received a $100 Uniformity gift card from someone for graduating nursing school. I did not use it right away because I already had scrubs and didn't need more at the time. Tonight I tried to use the gift card since my scrubs were getting holes. I was told that I couldn't use it because the gift card was 'expired'. This was the first time I've heard of a gift card expiring. I was then told that the person who bought the $100 gift card would not be getting their money back either. Uniformity is a SCAM! Full retail price for the most part (that means $21-24 for Cherokee tops), better deals may be found in the back. But! Better than Career Uniforms, and I'm not sure about Uniform World in Nampa as I've not been there. Is there another uniform shop in town? I've not heard of one. The one other option is online for those of us who need uniforms. People always helpful, lots of trendy/cute stuff, just is usually full price. They do have local school uniforms listed if you need those, but I do know they cannot do the BSU embroidery anymore, which you know if you're at BSU. read more

I shop uniformity quite often. The customer service has been amazing, the selection of scrubs plentiful, and prices comparable with other stores that carry name brand scrubs. I highly recommend shopping here and plan to keep giving them my business. read more

Customer service is spotty. I've been waiting on my scrubs longer than two weeks, and the scrubs are supper expensive. It's expensive even with a Saint Alphonsus discount. I will definitely not be coming back. Save your money and go somewhere else with better customer service. read more

I have always received great service and friendly. I had ordered 3 scrub tops and had them embroidered when I picked them up I noticed that the wrong tops had been ordered. They promptly reordered the correct tops and had them embroidered. I have just used them again to have some other tops embroidered and I received courteous service and items came in when promised. read more

First everything as stated in the other review is about full price. If you have a keen eye you will be able to find the sale items but you really have to look. I give the place two stars because the customer service is spotty. The first time I ever went into the store the sales people where nice and greeted everyone when they walked in. They would also ask if they could help you find anything but today WOW not so much. I walk in trying to find another pair of pants and there was already one customer in there. The lady or maybe teenager I could not tell behind the counter does not even look up from what looks like a magazine she was reading. I start my search for clothing and go to the dressing rooms after not finding the something I exit the dressing room and put the clothing back in approximatly the right spot ( I am irritated by now with the "employee" behind the counter and wanted to see if she would get up and actually do her job). Naturally she continues sitting where she is at, when a customer comes up she asks if they found everything o.k....really yeah I am sure they did no thanks to her. If the approach to customer service of this store is to ignore customers until they come to you then I don't see this business doing so well. Anyhow I go back and try on more clothes putting them back in the general area once again seeing if she would bother to get up and do her job. Nope it took the third time for her to finally yell from her perch behind the counter for me to just leave the clothes in the dressing room when I am done. I left them there but did not respond to her I figure if she feels that she needs to ignore everyone until they come to her that I do not need to waste my breath either. I grab what I need and check out with her. The employee hardly looks me in the eye as she grabs my stuff not asking if I found everything o.k., not upsaling anything, basically not doing anything in the form of customer service that I am guessing is what she is paid for. I looked for a name tag on her but there was none I came in on the 19 May 2012 at around 5:00pm on a Saturday. This is the first time the customer service has been shady so I will not sum it up to that being the acceptable behavior of normal employees but maybe this employee needs a little training on customer service and try to pull herself away from her magazine next time and do her job. read more
