They will advise what you need, and what you can expect, and you can always be assured that you will not be ripped off, charged for work that was not done, or treated with disrespect. They have the latest diagnostic equipment, and highly skilled technicians, and their rates are much lower than you will pay elsewhere. Most recently I had been shopping for a Honda Fit Sport, 2013 and I was having an awful time with local Honda dealers. I simply called up Aaron Auto and told them what I wanted. They went and found one in a few days and the price was great. I picked it up within a week, Mint. Previously I had bought a used 2006 CDI Smart Car from them, which they had brought in for me. Price was good, but after I got it home...the car was making noises. I took it into Mercedes Benz and the car required a lot of warranty work. There was however some "out of warranty" work that needed to be performed and it put me $1000 out of pocket. I informed Aaron auto right away and they agreed to split it with me(which I thought was very far since they gave me such a great deal on the car). They also hooked up with a local credit union for the car loan, of which I should write another excellent review. I recommend this business to anyone looking to buy a car.

I needed to get my winter tires installed (on rims) and an oil change. I recently moved to the area…read moreand noticed they do both services, so I called in and was told its first come, first served. This was a relief seeing as the two other places I'd called were booking tire changeovers into December! I arrived and was greeted right away. I waited a short time before I was able to drive my car into the bay. The service was quick and there was no pressure to get any services done. I was advised that I needed Coolant, so I was appreciative that the check was done especially with winter around the corner. Prices were a bit higher than I'm used to, but there's a premium for the convenience. They mentioned to come back for a complimentary oil top up and tire retorque in 80km, which is a nice addition. The service techs were friendly and knowledgeable. I'll definitely be coming back!

We will NEVER go to one again. We just had a routine oil change at the Trenton location. The total price was $218.77. This included charges like $49.99 for an air filter, (half this cost at Canadian Tire, $6 on Rockauto), $11 for a 'special filter' charge', $5 for a skid removal fee, and $110.62 for the oil, (usually around $45 for name brand). My wife brought the car in and she was taken advantage of in the worst way. Stay away from this place. They do not deserve to be in business.

Gas prices in this area are cheaper than what I'm used to in the greater Toronto area. I decided to top off my car's gas tank and found this Ultramar. In this area of Trent Hills, there's this gas station and another one across the street. I naturally went with this one that involved making a right turn into the gas station and readily pulling back onto the road. I was the only person at this gas station just after 8 pm. There was a male staffer in the convenience store. I paid at the pump. I had to do it twice, though. For some reason, on my first attempt to pay for gas with a credit card, my transaction got cancelled. With this particular credit card, the company does fraud checks. I thought that it may have done it here, but it was not the case. I think the payment system was acting up a bit. I tried the transaction again and it was approved. I went ahead and topped my gas tank up. I didn't need anything from the convenience store. It's nice to know that if you do need snacks or windshield washer fluid, you can get some here. You can earn Journie rewards here. I don't drop by Ultramar enough to warrant signing up for rewards. I'll need to do more research there to see if it's worth signing up. I had a good experience, minus the weird credit card validation. The gas station is clean and I got everything that I needed. (235)
