I felt like my first wedding set was well cared for when ever I brought it in for an annual cleaning and inspection. Well I got a new wedding set. I brought the solitaire to them to be sized down 1/2 a size. 3 weeks later I got a ring back that looked horrible on the palm side of the band. You could clearly see where they cut it and made no effort to blend it back together. Also the ring was not polished and clean, as I was used to. I brought both things to their attention and the jeweler came out and said it was no big deal and I would have to live with it. I was not happy, but at the same time, I had always had great experiences before. Well today I called to ask about have the solitaire soldered to the 2 bands that go with it. They were very short and said it would be a 15 to 16 WEEK wait. I repeated "week?" in shock. The woman said "well what do you expect with over 800 repairs ahead of you?* Now hold on... so if I take my wedding rings in to Arney yearly, I would not have them for 1/3 of every year? Not acceptable, especially after my last experience. So today, I made a few phone calls. I got Lorraine Denise, Brillante Jeweler's voicemail and went on to the next highly rated jeweler. I wasn't comfortable with any that I talked to and was torn. Then Lorraine called me back. Wow! I can say with zero hesitation that I was 100% wrong about her. She was so kind and caring on the phone and eager to help. I rushed over after work. Low and behold, her master jeweler was there and guess what? He WAS Annie's excellent jeweler and left Arnie. Not only am I excited to work with Lorraine, as she seems like a very knowledgeable woman who takes pride in her work, but she is also someone that would be fun to have coffee with and talk. I'm also excited that I know I can trust the people she works with to do an excellent job. If you don't come here, you are making a mistake. I will be a life long customer. Thank you Lorraine. We were in luck! I did find two rings I really liked but we wanted a few tweaks. They took out info, wrote down what we wanted and said it would be about two weeks and we'd get a mock up to see if it's what we liked. We never got that mock up. He went back to the end of April or early May to purchase me a necklace and asked about it. They apologized and gave an excuse and said they would have it ready in a week. Here we are now at the end of May and again nothing. Thankfully I have pictures of the ring and am going elsewhere to have it made. I had my first bridal appointment with EverAfterBridal in late January earlier this year. Gentry was my stylist and she was very insightful, considerate, and overall amazing. She helped me find my perfect dress that same day. Memorie was also very helpful and knowledgeable; she got my measurements and also was attentive while I was trying on the dresses. We put in my order and my dress came in sometime in July. I picked my dress up after the Chattanooga store's renovation process and during the Cleveland store's relocation process, so it was ready for a couple weeks before I could comfortably get around to it. When I went to pick it up, I noticed there were no gloves/sleeves with it, so Caitlyn (from the Cleveland location) kindly offered to put in an order for me, but I declined. I was able to try on the dress the next day, but when I unzipped the bag I noticed it was the wrong dress- very similar, but not mine. I knew an honest mistake was made, but because of the "no return, no exchange, no refund" policy, I figured it was pointless to call and try anything, so I left a review saying what had happened. Within 30minutes, Caitlyn reached out to me in a phone call. She apologized for my experience and asked me to send over a picture of the dress I'd actually said yes to, and she said she'd see what she could do and would get back with me. Shortly after, she called me again to tell me the warehouse actually had a few sizes on the floor of my exact dress! She said that if I could bring back in the wrong dress, they'd remeasure me, order my correct dress and have it shipped and there in a couple of weeks (since they're made to order but the warehouse had a few already made). She even offered to throw in my gloves for free because of my experience; I almost started crying happy tears because I had already mentally cut my losses (my wedding was less than 2mos away by that time). I came in the next day for my remeasuring and to return the dress; the ladies that helped me that day were Sydney and Vivian, who were both very sweet and helpful. Almost 3weeks later, they called and said my dress had come in, so I went and Caitlyn helped me try it on, and I left happy with my dress! Here a few weeks later, my gloves/sleeves were in and I picked them up today. Overall, through a chaotic yet wonderful experience, I give the customer service a 10/10. I wanted to build a relationship with a local dealer for watch brands and jewelry that I plan on buying. I primarily worked with Luis Rodriguez at Fink's Jewelers in Chattanooga Tennessee. Luis was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional and also very easy to work with. Luis spent an extremely generous amount of time guiding me through the process of selecting my first watch that will become part of a collection of luxury watches. While there I also saw a piece of jewelry that caught my eye which is rare. I have very specific taste in jewelry and it's very hard for me to find anything I like for myself or as gift for someone else. However, the selection at Fink's Jewelers is quite exceptional and I actually found a wide variety of stunning pieces I admired.
