I told him I thought an 8 would fit, but instead of helping me, he just shut down and walked away. The customer service was rude, unprofessional, and made both of us feel really uncomfortable. I also shopped at the Chattanooga location when I got into town where I was assisted by Luis Rodriguez and Alex. My experience at both locations was exemplary of what a shopping experience should be for high-end jewelry and luxury watches. Since I was relocating to Chattanooga Tennessee. I wanted to build a relationship with a local dealer for watch brands and jewelry that I plan on buying. I primarily worked with Luis Rodriguez at Fink's Jewelers in Chattanooga Tennessee. Luis was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional and also very easy to work with. Luis spent an extremely generous amount of time guiding me through the process of selecting my first watch that will become part of a collection of luxury watches. While there I also saw a piece of jewelry that caught my eye which is rare. I have very specific taste in jewelry and it's very hard for me to find anything I like for myself or as gift for someone else. However, the selection at Fink's Jewelers is quite exceptional and I actually found a wide variety of stunning pieces I admired. So, I also picked a beautiful necklace along with my first watch during my visit to Fink's jewelry store. I don't often write reviews, but I was so thoroughly pleased and happy with how everything went. So much so, that my entire experience at Fink's jewelry and with Luis Rodriguez earned my praise and a very positive review. Not only does Finks carry high quality & a huge variety of jewelry their customer service is always spot on no matter who helps us! In fact, we're both coming in for our 12th wedding anniversary this week. An example testimony to their superior customer service: Last year I needed my opera pearls restrung & when they couldn't do it for me affordably they referred me to someone that could!! Now what more could you ask for in a neighborhood jewelry store. Best of all is when we moved here 4 yrs ago we missed our family jeweler so when we learned about Finks early on we've been coming here ever since, they replaced a trusted jeweler for us, that's HUGE!! This guy worked on my Grand Father clock, that had a piece come off the gear cog. He drilled…read morethrough the brass plate and put in a cobbled up screw that that wrecked my clock. I paid for this before looking at repair, and was totally disappointed with what he had done. He said to bring it back and he would work with it!! This was a $35,000 clock, and his work will require it to be totally disassembled and a new base plate installed by a competent clock repair person. He charged me $300/ hr. and has the skill of a sedge hammer mechanic. I would never have him work on anything that I valued. Get a price before hand of anything that you get done. If its more then changing a battery , I would never recommend going there.

I felt like my first wedding set was well cared for when ever I brought it in for an annual cleaning and inspection. Well I got a new wedding set. I brought the solitaire to them to be sized down 1/2 a size. 3 weeks later I got a ring back that looked horrible on the palm side of the band. You could clearly see where they cut it and made no effort to blend it back together. Also the ring was not polished and clean, as I was used to. I brought both things to their attention and the jeweler came out and said it was no big deal and I would have to live with it. I was not happy, but at the same time, I had always had great experiences before. Well today I called to ask about have the solitaire soldered to the 2 bands that go with it. They were very short and said it would be a 15 to 16 WEEK wait. I repeated "week?" in shock. The woman said "well what do you expect with over 800 repairs ahead of you?* Now hold on... so if I take my wedding rings in to Arney yearly, I would not have them for 1/3 of every year? Not acceptable, especially after my last experience. So today, I made a few phone calls. I got Lorraine Denise, Brillante Jeweler's voicemail and went on to the next highly rated jeweler. I wasn't comfortable with any that I talked to and was torn. Then Lorraine called me back. Wow! I can say with zero hesitation that I was 100% wrong about her. She was so kind and caring on the phone and eager to help. I rushed over after work. Low and behold, her master jeweler was there and guess what? He WAS Annie's excellent jeweler and left Arnie. Not only am I excited to work with Lorraine, as she seems like a very knowledgeable woman who takes pride in her work, but she is also someone that would be fun to have coffee with and talk. I'm also excited that I know I can trust the people she works with to do an excellent job. If you don't come here, you are making a mistake. I will be a life long customer. Thank you Lorraine.
