I re-entered the store to have the first cashier point to a receipt that stated $0. I informed her that I had already paid $80, showed my receipt, and conveyed that I did not receive any gas. She later went to get you out of the back of the store and you immediately were in "fighting mode" when you came up to me. You "greeted" me by saying "what's the problem?" Some advice for improved customer service; Try saying, "hello, how can I help you" the next time. You refused to assist me or to see what was wrong with the pump. After receiving NO assistance or resolution to the issue, I stated I would go elsewhere and turned to walk out, you shouted "F*** you!" at the top of your lungs. I am sure it is on video if your supervisor or store owner would like to watch the interaction.
