I needed lower lumbar surgery at multiple levels that turned out to be a lot worse the initially expected. This lead to having to have constant pain management care to help me try and cope with relentless pain. Long story short, dr Ramundo has done everything humanely possible to help me manage and live my best life possible with the use of certain procedures as well as installing a spinal cord stimulator. This helps a great deal and has allowed me to properly rest if not for a few hours multiple times a day .before seeing him i barely caught any sleep because the pain in my back and legs were to severe. Also with the use of certain meds In conjunction other methods allows me to live and get certain things done instead of being bedridden as a middle age man. I can walk my dog again in short spurts as I truly missed these simple things I though I'd never be able to do again . There will always be a great deal of pain and I understand this, however I'm never alone to combat it . He is truly one of the smartest and compassionate men I know not only as my physician, but to man worthy of my deepest appreciation. Mind you they are fully aware that the medication I'm taking is on a permanent basis WITHOUT BLOOD WORK MONITORING!!! All treatment options have already been discussed. Why, as a patient, must I beg for me to get a script filled out when I've stated that I'm in pain ? The medication in question IS NOT A NARCOTIC! Still they won't budge. They literally want you to see the doctor in person just to get a script filled; even when there's nothing wrong. Next step, I'll be getting in touch with the better business bureau about this dangerous policy they've got in place even toward people who does not need to be seen every three months. He has all the qualities shared by doctors I have kept in my life for decades due to their excellent work ethic, attention to the patient, and my confidence in their treatment plan.
