We have asked for Lemon law and they say does not apply. It does apply to commercial trucks in the USA. They will not buy back or even offer to replace. This company is the worst company in the truck sales industry. I have old Freightliners I can depend on more then any of my Internationals that are 5 years newer! Repair companies say they are junk and tell me to scrap them because no one will buy them. Mine are all 2012 and in shop more then on the road. I have messaged all executives in this company and out of the 10 none will help me!! Freightliner stands behind my old 2007 still and will get things repaired after warranty because they back their product! But I guess International trucks are so bad that doing the warranty would put International out of business. Fix your problems with your Clean truck systems and help your CUSTOMERS!!!!

I took my truck in for an updating on the computer because I got a verification from the factory all of a sudden it wouldn't pass inspection because of an air leak the first day. the second day the gas pedal wouldn't operate the vehicle that needed to be fixed. the third day the break canister was leaking. The truck has 9000 miles it is in pristine brand new shape so obviously they're working the public to keep their shop busy and that terrible the reason this Courtney has kept in there because she's a pro at it. Beware of their service department because this has been an ongoing thing and it's been documented through many sources. I would never go there again. It doesn't even write one star!

This last week I took my motorhome to Fleet Maintenance for a standard oil change on a diesel…read moregenerator. The oil change consist of 4 quarts of oil, 1 oil filter and 1 fuel filter. Last year the service was $224. which I thought was pretty expensive considering that I have done the maintenance before and there is nothing difficult about the oil and filter change, This last week I was charged $390.91 for the exact same service. I called and spoke with management who told me that the $166, increase was because they " have to make a few bucks". I explained that I have had most of my services done there but from now on, I will rather do it somewhere else. I told them that they had taken advantage of me and it was a rip-off. The price they charge is not nearly worth the service they provide, BEWARE of FLEET MAINTENANCE of BUFFALO.

We were busy so I suggested to him that I go directly to Beam Mack and pick up the air bag versus bringing the truck in, writing it up and then him or the mechanic running around and chasing it. He said good idea, go for it. I headed to Beam Mack. :) Being such a big place I pulled Nell out back and asked a few of the employees who were talking where to go, they directed me. I went inside to the parts department and was greeted by a gentleman named Brian. He came outside and looked at the problem, took some measurements, went back to the parts department and returned with an air bag. He did a double take on my bad one and remeasured the new one and said this should work. When I took it back to our shop, the mechanic put it on. Perfect fit. Beam Mack has been around for approximately half a century. They're involved with the Conway family I believe. They have 5 locations. Rochester, Buffalo, Syracuse, Watertown and Elmira. They're involved in truck sales, rentals, and leasing. Mack, Volvo,Isuzu, Hino and Western snow plow products they handle. They're a good bunch there, I recommend them.
