Attention Larry and Everett: I had what I consider one of…read morethe worst customer service experiences I've ever had with Premier Car Care at 1171 Niagara Falls Blvd. I called simply to ask for a price on a brake job because I was looking for a new mechanic. The woman who answered the phone, who I later learned was Roxanne, refused to provide even a general price range. She told me they don't give prices over the phone and that I would have to make an appointment. When I politely asked for her name, she hung up on me. I called back and left a message explaining what had happened and asking to speak with Larry or Everett. Instead, Roxanne called me back. Rather than listening to my concerns, I felt she talked over me, raised her voice, and insisted she had not been rude. I repeatedly asked her to stop yelling at me. During this call, another business owner named John was listening on the line and heard the entire conversation. I called a third time and finally spoke with Everett. He told me Roxanne was his wife. Instead of listening to my concerns as a customer, I felt he immediately defended her and showed no interest in resolving the situation or apologizing for the way I had been treated. I own four vehicles and was looking for a shop to perform brakes, a four-wheel alignment, and a coolant flush--well over $1,000 worth of work. Because of the way I was treated, they lost not only this job but my future business as well. Good customer service starts with treating people respectfully. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Premier Car Care. I will gladly take my business to a company that values its customers and treats them with courtesy. PS I would've never written this review if Everett didn't dismiss me and said he stuck up for his wife who's bat shit crazy ruining his business.. all ever had to do was apologize and I would've never written this, but he didn't.

I neighbor recommended Everett. I needed brakes and rotator now be going there for all my needs …read more Reasonable pricing. Really nice person.

I never write reviews but I had to for this. The manager Maddie was super kind and her customer…read moreservice was beyond 100%. James, who did my breaks explained everything to a T and being a woman I didn't feel taken advantage of with not knowing what my car needed. These two deserve a raise! They were absolutely wonderful and made a tough day a little easier for me! Thanks to them!!! They deserve the recognition of their kindness and helpfulness!

Well, after checking in, while waiting, I read all the one-star Yelp reviews. I told the employee…read morethat he had bad reviews. He advised me that must be from the prior service managers, which I knew was a lie based on the dates of the review, unless they just changed within the last 10 days. I thought I may have needed a new battery, so I asked if I could get a diagnostic test, I was advised NO without an appointment. Well, because I feel I'm a mechanic, I said okay I'll just buy a battery. I was advised they could put it in. Was told wouldn't take long, but it took over an hour. Maybe I'm just inpatient, but I thought an hour was long. The person helping me was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the battery obviously wasn't my problem, as I still have the same issue, so to the dealer I go. They also didnt know the car needed to reset after replacing the battery, so in the parking, like I had to google how to reset. Lessons learned. 1. Im not a mechanic. 2- Some things you just need to stick with the dealer. I'm not sure about pricing, but it cost me 250.00 for the battery and installation. I'm hoping that was a reasonable deal.
