He was definitely not happy to have to put out luggage in his van. We loaded two suitcases upfront with us. We gave him the address that was 4 miles away. His sign said $2.75 per mile but he said $25 flat fee. We agree to the price. On the way to our vehicle he asked why we didn't use a hotel shuttle. He stopped at our vehicle and as he unloaded a couple suitcases I unloaded the others and was placing them in our car. My wife paid him and he started swearing at her about a tip and said to use the shuttle next time. He never put anything in his computer or called in on his radio like I see all other cabs do before they start the route. I am sure he pocketed the money dishonesty to the company he drives for. Never again will we use this company. If I wasn't with I don't know what he would have done to intimidate my wife and kids. This man deserves to be fired immediately!

I always call the night before, and the gentleman who answers the phone, who I believe is the owner, is always courteous and quick to take note of my request. The next morning, someone is always there to pick me up no matter the weather. Out of dozens of airport rides, I've had one understandable delay and one ride in a car that smelled of cigarettes. That does not compare to the many many rides with friendly drivers who show up early and treat me with respect. All in all, I highly recommend viking taxi!

Then she said "North or South?" and I said.."um.. south? I'm in uptown" She then says "this is your cab not mine, I don't care where they pick you up". My friend had better luck after she called back (not able to get through to rainbow or blue and white) and she said the address and said south (didn't i just say this?) and the cab was at the house within 5? minutes. It even called her when it was out front. The cab driver was nice, but he did drive extremely fast, and illegally at some point. I appreciated the hustle because it was late, and we were going to NE minneapolis, but it was still $22. I didn't have much money to give him as a tip, but because the lady was so rude from the start, i will try to use a different cab company in the future.
