Jay and Herbie answered a roadside service call that required a simple installation of a spare tire. They convinced her that her spare is only good for 30 miles, drove her in her car to find a new tire, which they installed in a field, the new tire blew out 30 min later, she called them and they said it will be 3 hours before they could get back to her. Whatever you do, do not trust this guy with your vehicle. He has been promising to complete a repair on my vehicle for over a year and still nothing. I've already paid him for the repair but still nothing. He is the epitome of a shady mechanic and has the nerve to use photos of my still unfixed van in his promo photos. Do not go to this company they will rip you off. I gave them $3000 on a credit card for a deposit on a motor to be rebuilt and then get the motor a week later they asked me for another 1650 for other parts. I went ahead and wrote them a check for this about a month later, I asked them where these parts were, and they did not have anything to show me and gave me excuses after excuses then finally a guy named Jay that supposedly owns the shop tells me that he would really rather give me back my money so I told him just to go ahead and do that. He told me it would take him a few days anyways he never got back with me so I ended up calling Credit Card got the $3000 back, then he send me a text message cussing me up and down about his account being overdrafted because of my credit card getting my $3000 back and I still have been going back-and-forth with this guy about the other $1650 of mine I'm probably going to have to take him to court by the looks of it I definitelytell you guys do not do business with these people they will screw you. My vehicle was supposed to be picked up and put on a flatbed and towed to its destination . The gentleman and woman with him, and I use those terms ever so loosely, drove my truck off the lot . The order called for a tow truck . I don't know how long they drove it and where all they drove it to but it ended up at a Hardee's restaurant in town with the windows down and the keys on the front floor board. Apparently another job came up. They put pictures of my truck at the Hardee's location on the website swoop , which is an open forum for tow truck drivers to acquire loads . My original request for tow was at 2:30 it did not make its destination until 10:30 . My truck was operable at the location where it was driven from but it was inoperable when it got to its destination . The lack of communication , the fact that they did not complete the job that USAA assigned them or specifications, and in a timely manner , and then turned around and lied to the examiners stating that there was no specific order for it to be on a truck not driven shows they're absolute disregard for the client . This is just the beginning of what's to come for them and Agero, the company responsible for dispatching the job for USAA . Crackheads strike again read more

Jay of Anytime Recovery was sent by AAA to Waldo to assist my college aged daughter with a flat tire. After hours of waiting, she was encouraged by Jay to let him plug the tire for a charge rather than just have him put on the spare free of charge. Jay guaranteed the plug for the life of the tire. Since my daughter is a chemist, not a mechanic, she unfortunately trusted the "professional " who should have had her best interest in mind. Luckily, our daughter looked up the nearest dealership, Gainesville, and decided to drive there to have her plugged tire checked out before driving home to Jacksonville. Not only was her tire going flat on arrival, it was ruined. Our daughter didn't just pay for a shoddy job or a new tire, as anyone who knows the highway between Waldo and JAX could tell you, she was endangered by a greedy, sorry, unprofessional business owner for $25 as her plugged tire would have left her stranded 13 miles later.
