I ended up sitting in their office and doing some work while they looked at my car, and their space was clean and had ample room for me to set up. They were quick with getting to my car, and easily explained the issue to me - I actually needed a new tire as part of mine had broken and caused the shaking. The folks working on my car were kind, efficient, and got me on my way within a couple hours total. Pricing felt good to me - I got the alignment as well, and the whole experience was easy and great value in my mind. I love knowing I have somewhere close by to take my car for things like this!

I purchased 4 brand new Firestone tires from Rubens because I wanted reliable and durable tires…read more Unfortunately, 2 of the tires ended up as flats in under the span of a month. Both occurred because they had broken valve stems that must've happened during installation. Rubens was able to replace the valve steam to fix the first tire. However, I was out of town when the 2nd flat happened and had to buy a new tire from Mavis Tires to replace it. When mounting the new tire, the mechanic at Mavis said the flat happened due to a leaky valve stem, and he also saw dry rot inside the tire. When I brought the tire back to Rubens, they did not want to give me a refund. They said that the warranty wouldn't cover it, but they would contact the manufacturer. However, it's been a month and they have not contacted me. Ultimately I feel scammed because new tires should not have dry rot, and I spent $750 on what should've been good tires. I am willing to change this review if they resolve this in good faith.
