There was a new group of hatchlings that were being nurtured until ready for going to a new home. Kennedy was a standout at B&B! She knew everything about the linney breed and help assure my wife that caring for the bird would be within our capabilities as new bird owners. The purchase process, take home process, and the regular check-ins have been filled with excellent customer service. Everyone in the store is willing to help and answer questions. I also really love the frog room and though I didn't open any of the drawers (you're not supposed to without help), I realized last time that they have a ton of snakes that are just not on display. There is so much to see here and friendly and knowledgeable staff, so if you're looking for something other than a cat or dog, this is the place for you!

I wanted a bird feeder, but wasn't sure what type of setup I needed, so I contacted a local birder who recommended Flying Friends. Eric at Flying Friends recommended a setup and various types of feeds. He assured me that the birds would show up and told me what species to expect. Sure enough, after a week or so, I started getting visitors. We have had lots of house sparrows, house finches, black capped chickadees, red-breasted nuthatches, and an occasional woodpecker. I'm glad I went to Flying Friends. Eric is very knowledgeable and helpful. If I had not gone there, it would have been hit or miss.

They had been on mainstream brand food since they were puppies but had always had stomach issues and my girl always had skin issues. As soon as we switched to Nature's Select, all of that cleared up. Along with it being a great product for my pups, their customer service is top notch. I do the autoship and have never had an issue with pushing the delivery date back to the next week. They are always very nice and friendly. Overall, this is a great company to work with. You can tell they care about the animals that are consuming their products and the animal owners that are placing the orders. It's definitely more expensive than getting Purina or Eukanuba but you are supporting a local business and the quality of the product cannot be beat. I would rather pay more for great service, quality and happy, healthy dogs, than pay less for substandard product that ultimately ends up hurting my dogs.
