I had read reviews earlier today before I went, so I WAS expecting it to be good. When I got there and saw the place, at first I wasn't so sure. Then I learned the machines don't take quarters. They have a card system. I was not familiar with that at all. BUT the female attendant was Extremely Patient and Helpful! I wonder if she's the owner? She was excellent at making this a smooth situation for me. She put a reasonable amount of money on the card for me. $10. Helped me learn how to use the washer. The cost was $6.50. She also helped me with the dryers. That cost me $3.00. The dryers are THE BEST of any laundromat I've ever been to. And I'm in my 60s. I will definitely keep this place in mind whenever I need to do laundry and I'm down that way again.

Dryers you pay by the quarter and are still reasonably priced. They have a reliable coin machine and even provide cups to help carry them to the machine. Staff seemed friendly. Signs posted for the pandemic are inaccurate and politicized, something I wish I knew before choosing to come here. I'm sure this note will specifically sway people one way or another when making the decision to use this laundromat. I know I will not be returning nor recommending.

I go to pick up the suit and right off the bat, I can tell it wasn't 'white' anymore but a 'yellowish' looking color. Upon closer inspection, there were blotches of yellow/brown stains all over the entire jacket and trousers. I can't believe that they would try and pass this off as acceptable and just assume that the customer was dumb enough not to see it! I rejected it and asked them to redo the process again. I picked it up a few days later and the blotches are still there and the suit has lost its bright white color. I can't even find a replacement white linen suit anymore. I should have done a little more research before I settled for this place. Never again!

The dryer I believe are all $0.25 for 5 minutes so be prepared to bring coins, this place does have a machine though to dispense coins if you need it which is helpful if you bring cash. Great service that exceeded my expectations at Beach Dry Cleaners! I swung by one day to have some…read moreshirts and a suit dry cleaned so I could take it somewhere and have them do some alterations -- Lyssa was kind enough to let me know that they could directly perform the alterations there and save me some time! I'm glad I went that route, because the team at Beach Dry Cleaners were able to do additional alterations that the other place wouldn't have been able to do, and my suit pants fit even better as a result. Lyssa was able to get me my clothes right before I needed them for a wedding (which was appreciated especially as they were facing massive power outages in this area for a few of those days), and it all worked out well! I definitely appreciated all the insights about the options as a dry cleaning newbie. I'll definitely be back to Beach Dry Cleaners!
