We were told that it could be up to 4 hours for the team to do the cleaning, which sounded just fine to us! We figured that was fine, whatever it took to ensure a thorough cleaning of our house before we moved in the next day. Our focus was on the kitchen and bathrooms as the carpets had just been cleaned and the walls painted. Imagine our dismay to find that after 2.5 hours of cleaning, when the team said they were done, the kitchen and bathrooms were still a mess. Drawers full of crumbs, the wood floor still filthy, grunge in the microwave and fridge, the light fixtures still caked visible with dust. The management team said that they would communicate with us during the cleaning to ensure that all items were done appropriately and that nothing was missed. Unfortunately this didn't occur and the next contact was the management simply asking to be paid. It was as if management had lost all their information on our cleaning, didn't know that we were requesting a "move in" clean, didn't know that the move was coming up in the following day or two and didn't know what we had asked for. You would think that a business would want to put their best face forward for new customers at the very least! I cannot recommend their services to anyone. I will be sure to let my realtor about the difficulties we had so Elite can be removed from their recommended list of companies.

One chair was very dirty on the right arm and by the electronic controls. They look like brand new chairs now. Something I noticed right away is that they put tall corner guards around the doorways and drywall corners to protect my home from the hose being moved throughout the house. I try not to go to the dry cleaners that much anymore as I know dry cleaning is not the best for the environment but a lot of cleaners are trying their best to be aware and I know for sure that this dry cleaner is one of them. If they were not then I would not go there. I have to say that they have always been super polite, they have treated my clothes with care, and they have removed a few stains with ease. I had one leather jacket altered there and they did a great job that I will be bringing two other of my leather jackets there. Plus, they are not insanely overpriced. Everybody has different experiences but all of the experiences I've ever had there have been spot on perfect and personally I will continue to use them when in need. Again, I do not go to the dry cleaners all the time, but in emergency dry cleaning situations they are tops on my list.

You can either bring your own detergent or buy it there, and they have several machines, all in varying sizes and prices. As far as payment goes, you can either pay in quarters (they have an ATM and a change converter on site) or you can use a mobile app to pay, which connects to Apple Pay.
