Never once was the selling price explained verses my trade in and the total price I only found out after going over the contract at home, they only wanted to get me close to a payment amount I was ok with then the finance department. They offered 0% but they mark up the price of the vehicle ! They were very friendly but I have learned to make sure i go over the contract to my understanding instead of trusting and then just keep signing pages they put in front of me. Got to the dealership and was greeted at the door by Matt, one of their sales reps and told him which vehicle I was interested in. His body language was immediately a red flag and he escorted me to his desk rather than the vehicle on the lot so I immediately knew something was up. Matt checks the computer and says "I think this vehicle is on another lot" and I told him I just spoke with someone and they said it was here. He then said "I think someone may have put a deposit on it" and I said I spoke to someone 10 min ago and was assured the vehicle was available. Matt walked away from his desk for 30 seconds and came back and said "that vehicle had a bad engine and we wholesaled it because he didn't want to stick a customer with a vehicle with a bad engine. But we have a 2014 with a plow" I cut him off. I was told the 2020 was available (tossed his business card back on his desk) and if it's not I'm all set. This is a clear case of the old bait and switch. There is no mention of any "bad engine" on the post on the website. They clearly are using this ad online to get people into the dealership with hopes they can switch them to another vehicle. That is a low rent, bush league, BS practices that no legitimate dealership would participate in.

I'm not a fan of car buying and I had gone 8 years without needing to do this. I submitted an application for financing through Enterprise and within maybe 10 minutes I had someone reaching out to me to set up a time to come in. Normally, I don't like this tactic because I feel like it's pushy, but they way it was done was very relaxed. I was contacted by Joel in the Manchester location. We set up a time for me to come in and test drive the car I was interested in. I told him up front about the need to leave to pick up my daughter from school and he was able to work around that with me. When I first went in, I was greeted immediately by Joel. Within the first 3 minutes I had about 5 people come over to introduce themselves. I kinda felt like a celebrity . The whole process, even though I had to leave and come back with my daughter, mainly so she could have her input on it, took a very brief amount of time. Very efficient, had plenty of people helping finalize it quickly and had no issues. I absolutely love the car and appreciate how easy the whole process was. This will be my first choice the next time I need to get another car.
