Scaring people into removing their reviews is a terrible practice. I bet that for every negative review you see there are 10 who were too scared to post. --- Despite being blocked & them thinking the review was deleted (it's not) they continue to find ways to demonstrate how horrible they are. No wonder my friend who is a trauma survivor was scared and petrified to speak up about their awful business practices.
