They called me back saying they checked it out and it was definitely a part that they already fixed when they fixed it the first time. Then he proceeded to say that due to the car being out of warranty that they would have to start all over again. Meaning I'd have to give them another 3,505.01 to fix the same thing that they clearly didn't fix when I took it to them the first time. Vehicle was towed to Royal Transmission on February 19th arriving before 9am. a "hydraulic" issue…read morewith the clutch. An approx 2 hr repair. Today February 25th after Royal Transmission not having even looked at the vehicle I had it picked up and towed to another repair facility for same day turnaround. I had Royal Transmission replace the clutch about 15k ago and while I did have to bring it back due to improper bleeding of the system which they corrected. The vehicle is prone to bleeding issues. The weeks worth of excuses rather than ANY action towards a 2 hr job was unacceptable and I will no longer do business with Royal Transmission.

We managed quotes from three different shoppes and George was the cheapest. That's no surprise. I am a bit disappointed that repairs took so long. We called and were told such, so we didn't waste a trip there to hear this. I was also informed that George had undergone neck surgery a month earlier. That information along with the pandemic explain the delays. When my nephew finally picked up the car (after three weeks of waiting) it ran like a top and the price was exactly what was quoted. All things considered, that's a win in my book. Almost 6 months later and the car runs great! George and the folks at Budget get all of our transmission work from here on out. 12/20
