The staff here is incredibly friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful. When Cal found out that I'm handicapped, he went above and beyond and vacuumed my car for me something he didn't have to do at all. That kind of kindness and customer care is still driving me crazy (in a good way). That didn't happen!!! 3) The mechanic working on my vehicle, didn't seem like he knew what he was doing. He got frustrated, and started putting the car back together, even though the issue wasn't fixed!!! This was because, what they did, had nothing to do with the original problem...plus there was an additional noise because he just slapped everything back together just to get through with it!! The owner had to come over, take things back apart, to get rid of the 2nd brand new noise!!! My reason for coming to them in the first place, still wasn't taken care of!! 4) Speaking of the owner...He did and said some things That struck me as unprofessional, arrogant and disrespectful!!! And I didn't even get a receipt!! The next day I checked out some reviews about this place. And not to my surprise, a lot of people we're writing reviews just like this one. I told a couple of friends of mine about it and mentioned that I was gonna go back up there and express how I felt about the service that I received. They Told me no! This oil change place should go out of business. They commented about my nice rebuilt transmission…read moreand then loosened 5 screws on the transmission! then when I had a oil change they didn't even put the gasket back on the plug and loosened the oil filter and I kept leaking oil! And I find out that my aunt who went there in 2017 they didn't even replace the oil plug, and they didn't even know and lost oil out of the car and had a $200 repair. Thank goodness I have somebody that could verify and see what was wrong with the car and he verified that all of this was done to my vehicle. Do not take your car here unless you wanna lose the oil and the car that you paid for! I'm contacting the BBB the city and state!
