This is my first time at this location, which they've been at for a couple years. The shop is located in an office park that is home to various businesses. Parking is plentiful and I was able to get spot a few doors down from their entrance. Inside Vonda showed me to the room and left me to undress to my comfort level. The room I was in has a structure of a rock with running water which I found soothing. Vonda returned and we spoke briefly about my pain history and she went to work on my back. I'm not going to lie, I actually heard snoring a couple times and realized I must have fallen asleep! When the massage ended Vonda recapped her findings (tight muscles, etc) and left me to get dressed. Laying on the table I felt great! Unfortunately I must have gotten up the wrong way, because when I got up I was in pain again. I got dressed, sat in the chair by the door and through the slightly open door glanced at Vonda. She must have seen the pain on my face and came back to the room to apply a machine that emitted cold ice like vibrations to my back. That did the trick! I was also able to purchase cannabis based heat and creams from the display of products. This treatment gave me so much relief that I plan to return for follow ups. The next day Vonda called to check on me. I really appreciate her professional and personable customer service.

I got the signature massage & it was THE BEST massage I've ever received. She worked all the knots out of my back & even got my muscles to relax. After seeing her yesterday I slept amazing later on that night. I normally toss & turn due to my issues but she gave me the relief I needed. It's safe to say she was exhausted. I completely understand, however, I had an appointment that was scheduled two weeks ago. The young lady at the front was very apologetic and attempted to call me before my arrival. I didn't get the call because I was already in route. There was no need to express my frustration with her because she's the messenger. This is a matter that management/ owners of the establishment should deal with. What took place this morning was beyond unprofessional, inconsiderate, and simple poor business practice. The hydration therapy service that is provided here is definitely something this area needs because of the benefits it offers. However, I could easily venture out to other area that offers the same services with a more convenient schedule and reliability, but I choose to give this location a try after being referred here for other services that I have been very pleased with. Would I recommend or refer others here? Absolutely for any other service other than the hydration therapy treatment. Those that work here that I have encountered has been professional, courteous, and has shown a genuine concern as it relate to the nature of my visit.
