On the day of my appointment, there was a medical emergency on my street that blocked access, causing an unavoidable delay. I did everything a responsible patient should do--I first texted the office, then followed up with a phone call to inform them I would be approximately 10-15 minutes late. The staff member I spoke with assured me that this would be fine. However, when I arrived, I was abruptly told that I could not be seen. What made this experience particularly frustrating is the inconsistency. I have personally waited 15+ minutes on multiple occasions when the office was running behind, and I remained patient and respectful. Yet when the situation was reversed--even after clear communication and approval--I was not given the same courtesy. Additionally, the interaction with the office (including who I believe was the owner, Tina) was extremely disappointing. The tone was short, dismissive, and abrasive. No apology was offered. No effort was made to find a solution. No attempt to reschedule was initiated. It was handled with a level of indifference that felt both unprofessional and disrespectful. I also could not ignore the stark difference in demeanor displayed toward another patient in the office at that same time. The contrast in tone and engagement was noticeable and, frankly, concerning. As someone who has supported this practice--bringing my family here and referring three additional patients--I expected a much higher level of professionalism, accountability, and basic courtesy. Lastly, I would also question the appropriateness and sanitation standards regarding the presence of a dog in a dental office setting, as I have observed this on multiple visits. This situation could have been handled very differently with simple communication, professionalism, and respect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Had a few teeth that needed addressing (put off going because of the last visit and horrible treatment at another office). From the first person I spoke to when making the appointment, to the dental hygienist and finally to the dentists - this office is like no other. Everyone (and I mean everyone) is so nice, compassionate and caring. Ended up with four filling replacements and Dr. Nutter took care of them in one visit. This is the first time that I can recall having multiple teeth worked on and having NO pain. I am so thankful for being referred here and I actually look forward to my next appointment (something I never thought I would say).

I leave with bright shiny teeth every time, despite entering with terrible coffee stains. I don't think I've had a single cavity since I started going. Now that I live an hour away; Sue proactively suggested that I schedule cleanings at lunch to avoid morning and afternoon rush-hour traffic. I once showed a day early for a quick check up from the doctor. He was supposed to leave early that day, but I mentioned it wasn't actually dental work. I sat in the chair for less than 30 seconds saving me 2 hours of travel and a second day off from work. They're absolutely amazing, and unlike when I was a child in the 80s, I now look forward to going to the dentist. I don't know the other employees by name, but I have nothing but praise for everyone in that office.

I feel so comfortable with their dental services I stayed even though they don't fully accept the Dental Insurance Plan I have. A portion is covered and I pay the balance. I know the integrity, professionalism, cleanliness and skill is the way the office is run on all levels so here I stay. Everyone is super friendly on the Staff. I know the Mulroys from Church and that is how we found out about the Practice.

I have been a patient at Grace Family Dental since the facility was in the Park Avenue/Grove Street…read morearea. At the time, I could walk to the office--which was part of the attraction. The office moved to Grafton Street. I followed. Thirteen years later I am still a patient. Dr. Mundra and her staff are a joy to work with. In my case, my salivary glands became underachievers as a result of a medication I was prescribed. The number of cavities I got began to increase. But, as one of the hygienists put it, "it's our job to educate, not to judge." The hygienists were more than willing to teach how to protect my teeth. Swishing with water after eating; reducing sugar in the diet; showing me how to improve flossing and brushing techniques, and suggesting products (with coupons) that keep the mouth moist improved things nicely. As a result, I had fewer cavities. Plus, I lost fifteen pounds in eight months, and my A1C level is lower. Dentistry is truly important for the whole body. Thank you Grace Family Dental.

Just another dental office that treats you like you're at a car dealership. Told me my son needed…read moreto replace a filling and have another molar that had a cavity and needed a filling. They seem to upcharge and are very expensive. I went with my gut and moved my son after one appointment. Thankfully we put off the filling they recommended and stated if it wasn't repaired soon he might need a root canal. Found a wonderful practice that told my son he had beautiful teeth and does not have a cavity that needs to be filled. when I asked for his records they told me I still owed money, yet I had paid in full for the services previously. The records they sent were the bill for prior services, not really what one would consider records. No notes/ documentation from the dentist. Just the financial office. If something here feels off, go with your gut. The office is nice and clean, but good care goes beyond that.
