Super Shady shady!! I would've given a 3 or 4 star review because I liked their service. The girls are very helpful in finding the right size and fit. BUT!! Playing with my money is like playing with my emotions!! They rent dresses which is a cool option but then they sell you a rented dress as if it were new! And rent you dresses for the cost of a new one! Don't bother stopping there, it's not worth it! I ended up paying almost $400 for a dress that was $200 somewhere else new. NO LO RECOMIENDO .. me probe un vestido me gusto el material solo no el color y me dijieron que me lo podian encargar en el color que yo queria y del mismo material . y lo me tomaron mis medidas y resulta que caundo el vestido llego me lo encargaron 4 tallas mas de lo que era mi talla y diferente material de tela y segun ellas me aseguraron que sera el mismo material y todo y lo intente ablar con la manager y su solucion solo era rentarme un vestido viejo y todavia dejar mas dinero ay y lo no tenian mucha variedad de tallas y lo intente ablar de nuevo y la manager solo se metia a la oficina y ya no salio tuve que ablar a la policia y lo unico que iseron fue regresarme el vestido las 4 tallas mas grandes y sin la calidad que ellas aseguraron y me negaron el servicio ...CERO RECOMENDADA ESA TIENDA LO PEOR QUE ME A PASADO EN UNA TIENDA DE VESTIDOS ..PESIMO SERVICIO!!!!! read more

I rented two dresses for my girlfriend to wear to two different weddings. The lady that helped us assured us that the dress would be altered (length needed to be adjusted) as soon as we left. I picked up the dress the day before we flew out just like they instructed and trusting in them and their employee's word she didn't try on the dress. When she put it on the day of the wedding we come to find that no alteration was done and the dress was short and exposes her feet completely. When we returned the dress we asked to cancel the 2nd dress we reserved for December and they said they couldn't cancel and refund the order. They offered to give us credit for an additional rental. We informed them we just want a refund and we will not be renting from them anymore so that is not an option. When asked when the manager or owner would be there they said that they only have workers and we couldn't talk to management or owners since they don't come into the store. The employee working told us that we could alter the dress ourselves if this were to happen again and that we should have known to do that to this dress as well. Horrible customer service and zero motivation to right a wrong that their employee committed. I would suggest trying anything on that you rent from them when you pick it up since they do not take responsibility for their employee's mistakes. read more

This place has nice dresses available for rent. But I didn't appreciate the sign on the door that said "no strollers allowed".. what if there's a person in a wheelchair? Are they not allowed in because they are in wheels? Strollers are a big necessity to a mother who is having a diaper bag, purse, cellphone, and the car seat... this has to be the dumbest sign I've ever seen. I couldn't go in unfortunately, sorry but i need my stroller I can't carry all of these things at once without help. read more
