Yesterday I bought my very first car! I am writing this review solely on my experience with buying my car at this dealership. Like most first time buyers, I was nervous about the negotiation process. I originally went to this particular dealership because my family is a Ford family and my parents had great experience with them in the past. I was immediately welcomed by the warm and friendly Dennis. We sat down and talked about what car would best fit my needs and I tried two different models. I commute to Boston, but I love the AWD of the Escape. I got my license in an explorer and feel most comfortable in larger vehicles, so after driving the escape I knew that this was the car for me. Dennis gladly sat down with me and described the price. I was looking for a specific monthly payment, and Dennis was more than happy to price out every option. Eventually, I decided that buying the car was the best choice for my lifestyle needs, and the monthly payment is within my means. With the rebates and "new Grad offer" I was able to get the vehicle at 15% off MSRP. I was also told that they do NOT work off commission, so you can feel more comfortable here. I came off a nightshift the day before and was not aware that the paperwork of the car takes some time. Luckily, they have unlimited snacks. guys, This hungry nurse thanks you. After buying the car, Dennis set me up with instructional videos and actually made sure that everything inside the car was all set. The car was cleaned and I left with a full tank of gas. As others have said bill is a straight scammer or just fully incompetent in his job? put the wrong headlight in my car also fully lied about the state of my engine and tried to sell me tons of work that needed to be done took it two other shops who both agreed that no issues where present that he claimed. diagnostic fee "even if we find nothing" in a tone that was very off putting. I said that was fine and I started describing the issues. He rolled his eyes at me when I was trying to explain the issues and tried taking over me. I asked for my keys and walked out. This is my second time at unique Ford and 2nd bad experience. What kind of service department doesn't want to help diagnose issues and help people fix their cars? Pretty sure the guys name was Robert. Robert when you read this, you are a twerp and childish and the way you talked to my wife oh the phone after is pathetic when she asked who was working this morning at the front desk: "that is a very odd question and there are 3 of us here... You can talk to my service manager." He knew we were taking about him. Bill his boss said it was a miscommunication... So Robert is just rude to all customers and Bill is on board with this? This place is horrible, don't give them any money. You have options in the area such as Grapone and Auto fare. Stay away from Unique Ford. read more

Do yourself a favor and stay way away from the service department at Unique Ford. The service manager named Bill can not be trusted and is not a man of his word! Contacted the general manager Heather this evening and explained my experiences with the service manager over the past two months. She offered an incentive on future service but I told her that would by no way correct how I was treated and would never step inside Unique Ford again! Purchased new vehicle October 2024 and buying experience was not pleasant but they had the only vehicle in the area that had what we were looking for. After agreeing to purchase price, deposit amount and some extended warranties with a monthly payment shown us on the computer in the finance department, we began electronically signing contract on our phones. I just happen to notice on my small font on my phone that the payment we agreed to and what was on the contract were different by 20 -30 dollars a month. It was late and went back and forth but ultimately just purchased the vehicle, as it was the only one in the area that had what we were looking for. Just a few months later I placed a call to service regarding the pinstriping already peeling off. They directed me to the GM who did have someone return my call a short time later. How ever in the returned call I was told they would reach out to their pinstripe guy and get back to me for an appointment. It has now been 3 + weeks and still return call to fix this warranty issue that we were sold with the vehicle. Just a very unprofessional dealership from the time you walk in and I should have just turned back around, but vehicle was for our daughter and it was the one she wanted. read more

Your service department did Not repair the truck. But you did keep the money. The person who spent the day working on it in the parking lot of our apartment building since you were too irresponsible to tow it back to your shop after it broke down within 72 hours told my husband he had begun the initial warranty work from your 6-month-old failed $3,200.00 repair but midway was sent to a class in Nashua. The mechanic who took over when he was gone did something wrong that caused a solenoid problem. the intent was to cover that up I guess but when the engine completely failed during your test drive you couldn't cover it up. but you did manage to find a way to make us pay. the truck was in pieces, worth nothing and undriveable. The more you deny that you screwed up and won't do anything about it, the more truths come out about how bad this really was. Every company makes mistakes, has problems. But just don't lie about it and don't keep customer's money when you ruin their vehicle. Pretty basic I'd think. it was your choice to accept the work in the first place. If it was over your head because the truck is older with alot of miles you should have recognized that and declined the repair instead of taking a total of over 5K and failing and then not admitting that you failed. read more

Wish there were a zero star option. Bill the service manager is inept and lies by omission and you can wait weeks for repairs and will never get an update . I'm just astounded that he still has this job. He lacks any organizational skills and can't answer the most basic question. Everything is double talk BS. Was in the dealership yesterday and not one staff member....NOT ONE STAFF MEMBER was wearing a mask. I would avoid this place like the plaque because they are reckless with your health and inept in all matters of car repair. NEVER AGAIN. 10/17 Update. Picked up my car after 4 months on and off service FOR THE SAME PROBLEM and am waiting for a tow truck in Mass....avoid this service department. Honestly don't often write 5 star reviews. Most of my reviews are to warn people of bad service. LOL. But I brought my leased 2017 Ford Escape here a few weeks ago and the service manager exceeded my expectations in solving the issue. I will definitely come back here for service and sales. read more

Jim was a very friendly salesman, he didn't pressure us and fought to make it right when the dealership wouldn't replace my tires, they are at 3/32. I bought the vehicle less than a week ago. I feel dumb for not looking before I bought the car but now I regret buying a car from Unique Ford of Goffstown. read more

Can I not even put a star? Last year I bought a 2012 Hyundai Sonata. It had 40,000 miles on it and the price was 16,000. I thought it was way to much money for the car but the salesmen were very friendly and I thought I was getting a great deal. I also have them a trade with their so called push pull or tow scam. 2300 dollars to be exact for my trade in. The check engine light came on about a month later. I called and they said it wasn't their responsibility and to bring it to a Hyundai dealership. I went, spent 600.00 dollars and he check engine light is still on. I now have a 3month old daughter. I want something with 4wheel drive for our first baby girl. I've been to 2 dealerships who have turned me down. I am so upside down in this vehicle because it was over priced that I can't get out if it. The dealerships tell me that I need to put 4,000 dollars down and would still have a 450.00 dollar car payment a month because of how upside down we are. Are you kidding???!! My credit by the way is great. That's not he problem. It's the over priced car that I was sold. It is only worth 6,000 dollars and I owe 14,000 dollars. Tell me how that happened when I've been laying my car payments all year? My friend who is in finance looked st the paperwork and told me that even with my 2300 dollars towards a trade in, I somehow ended up financing 16,000 dollars anyway. So they made heir money back. Now my daughter and I are stuck in this vehicle for the winter or until the car dies. I called them to inform them of what they did and they just offered me a discount in snow tires only in the front because they will make the car safe in the winter. Are you kidding me? Yea great service. Be careful! They make you think you are getting a great deal but in reality you are buying a vehicle over priced. Make sure you look at your paperwork. Yes I got gap insurance but where did the 2300 dollars go off of the asking price? Don't go here. They obviously don't care about the situations they are putting people in. Went in recently with my wife while car shopping. Although we didn't end up purchasing a vehicle from this particular dealership (my wife opted for a Honda), I was very impressed with how friendly the dealership was as a whole. If you are in the market for a Ford, and looking for a no pressure, no bs dealership, then this is the place to go. My experience here was light years better than it was at the Ford dealership we visited in Manchester. Highly recommend this place, you can tell they care about the customer. read more

Service department is a complete joke. I have had to bring my car in multiple times a month because every time I get it back, it has more problems than what it went in with. The people are rude especially head of service department, Bill he has terrible customer service skills, overcharges, and doesn't care about getting the job done right. I do NOT recommend. read more

I just purchased an F250 from unique ford, and It was a great experience. I have bought many vehicles and my salesman was a good guy. Another guy posted a 2 star for the dealership but when the salesman gets up and talks to his manager, thats the business we all know that, like it or not. However, they located my truck and istalled a plow the next day! No messing around and the deal was better than anyone from autofair to dealers down in mass. My truck is sweet, my time at the dealership was fun. We did business quickly and im on the road making money in my new truck. thank you Unique ford you were great!! P.s. Service department is TERRIBLE. Brought my truck in for a check engine light. I gave them the codes when I brought my truck in. They had it two days and could only tell me what the codes were (gee thanks, as if I didn't know them already). They charged me a $100 diagnosis fee for diagnosing absolutely nothing. They gave me some free service (now day three with my vehicle) after I complained enough, which didn't fix the problem. Brought it to Grapponee and they had my truck diagnosed to root cause in two hours. I called the GM of Unique and explained my issue with their lack of attention to my problem, and charging me for it. He said he would look into it. Its been over a week and haven't heard back from him. Don't seem like a very capable service department to me. read more

My husband and I were looking for a used vehicle that would be more fuel efficient! We found a really nice looking Prius on the Unique Ford website and thought we should go and check it out. We contacted Heather Templehof first since she was listed on the website and found her to be very helpful and courteous! We were able to drop right in and check out the car. We had NO intentions of purchasing a vehicle that day and were very clear on that. After driving the Prius, we found the car to be so comfortable and well suited to our needs we sat to talk with a sales guy named Bill Kestner (who also took us to test drive the car). Still not quite wanting to purchase the car on the spot.... but we did discuss prices and had our current car checked over. The manager, Joe Martin, was friendly and professional. We spoke honestly and open about our trade and about the pricing on the Prius and neither he nor Bill were afraid to answer our questions. We felt comfortable with them, but still weren't ready to purchase. We found everybody very supportive or our desire to think about the vehicle and we headed out. While driving, back in our own vehicle, we actually quickly decided to purchase the Prius. This decision was absolutely made not only because of the vehicle but moreover the staff. We really felt that the staff had our best interests in mind, and we knew we had made an excellent deal. Huge thank you to Unique Ford and their staff for saving us a ton of money on gas, and giving us the confidence to call their dealership 'home'. read more

Terrible place to buy a car! My salesman Dennis was great but other than that the place F****** sucks ass! I bought a 2013 ford focus and the car absolutley sucks. There are rattles everywhere in the car; not to mention the car shifts like shit. I bought a manual transmission and expected better. The other Focus i test drove shifted great but not this one. I brought it in for service expecting to get it fixed. Instead the F***** Rick "Service Writer" told me the car shifted fine. F*** that S***!!! I know how a car is supposed to shift. The cars clutch clunks and jerks so bad when it is engaged. They basically told me to F*** off. Also, there was greasey finger prints on the head liner. I confronted Rick about it and he said quote " I don't know what to tell you, I asked my tech; he said he didn't put them there" end quote. The response I was looking for was " I appologize sir! I'll get that taken care of right away". You know what? I put them there. Yeah, thats right! I dipped my fingers in grease and smeared it all over the interior trim of my car; thats what new car owners do right? It's going to get dirty sooner or later. Why not right away? Also, when I picked up the car and finalized the paper work, I was rushed out the door. They actually started turning off the lights. WTF! I just bought a new car! I put food on there table so they could feed there family! Well they can go F*** right off! As far as I am concerned, Rick can blow me! I so hope he reads this. This dealer wants one thing and one thing only, money! The all mighty dollar. Everyone needs money, but respect and courtesy go a long way. Its a good thing I used to be a tech. I fixed all the rattles. I'm trading the car in for a cruze so I dont care about the clutch. I feel bad for the poor sap who gets my car after me. Go to grappone ford in concord over these guys. My girlfriend bought a fusion from them and the service is great! F*** unique! I hope there dealership burns to the ground. Can you tell I'm mad? I feel so much better now....... read more
