They make it very easy when you check in. I've had both the Haddado face lift and a Medical massage by her. I've been into of the treatment rooms, they are both lit in a relaxing manner, the massage beds and chairs are comfortable, and they offer hangers on the back of the door to hang your clothing. The bathroom is accessible, modern and clean. The entrance is slightly difficult to find but stuff makes it easy by coming to get you and guiding you ! Everything was great. My only suggestion would be, during checkout they offer you a tea and glass of water as well as the bill all at the same time. I think I would prefer to be offered the tea before the massage, and for the massage therapist to hand me the water so that it's a separate experience from when you handed the bill. Little touches, but just some things I noticed I have liked at other spas I've visited. For sure, I will be returning and always recommending the center. It was a wonderful experience.

The rebrand to The Haven Luxe Spa really reflects how much more they now offer beyond foot massage. Every service I've received here has been excellent. I'm very particular when it comes to massage. I've actually ended sessions early if the therapist wasn't good, so I don't say "excellent" lightly. My usual massage therapist is Josh. His pressure is always perfect, his flow is smooth and consistent, and his hands are strong enough to deliver truly therapeutic work without relying on elbows. Recently I booked with Paul for the first time, and he was outstanding. He followed my requests exactly, working one side at a time, giving a slow head massage (not like a rushed hair wash), and focusing on my right shoulder. He was respectful, listened carefully, and delivered perfect pressure throughout the session. I also had a facial with Chrystal, which was incredibly relaxing. Since she's also a massage therapist, her facial includes a soothing massage element that makes the whole experience even better. The space itself still feels familiar from when it was Foot Haven, but with a few nice updates like new lighting fixtures. I highly recommend booking the sauna after your massage. It's absolutely worth the extra cost for the added relaxation, and you can shower quickly afterward if needed. I truly love this boutique spa and hope others will discover it too. The room smelled like bleach upon arrival, had hair in the sink and shower, a wet bathmat, used Kleenex on the floor, NO water pressure in the shower, a worm on the floor, a bug next to the sink, stains on the chair by the window, refrigerator not working, no mini bar, this is more like a 2 or 3 star hotel, definitely NOT a 4 star place, and not a "RESORT". Also, lobby smells like mold and cigars, ductwork is clearly in need of cleaning. WOULD NEVER stay here again or recommend to this "resort" to anyone !!!
