I have gone to several salons over the years in East Boca that are overpriced and where they rush you in and do a shoddy job. Artistic Nails is my new spot. The owner, Libia is so sweet and very accommodating. Mayde has been doing my nails and she is AMAZING. She is very detail oriented and takes her time making sure your nails are perfect. Location is super trash. The employees seem very laxed and not professional at all. Overall not a good impression, old and run down place and employees. $50 for nexgen! To leave unhappy is not a good look. I came with high recommendations for Margaret and left unimpressed and disappointed. I was told she had great attention to detail and that was not the case. She seemed very distracted and communication was limited because her English is minimal. Overall I can tolerate the nails after I buffed one had a whole lot and fixed the shape but I am not recommending this place nor am I going back there. See pictures for yourself. read more

Thank goodness I found a good nail salon! They have normal pricing and great technicians. I had Margaret do my gel manicure and regular pedicure. She was amazing and took her time making sure she got everything. It totaled 1.5 hours, and 50 bucks. I will definitely be back. They are all very professional, from the front desk to the back. They offer eyebrow threading amongst other things. The only thing I can say, I wish it was ventilated a bit better. The moment you walk in, you get smacked in face with the smell of acetone. You get used to it after a while but I don't want to breathe that in for a whole hour either. read more

Tried this nail salon, because my normal place was closed due to Hurricane Irma. The nail technician did a nice job on my pedicure, and was obviously very skilled at her job. My only complaints are that my regular nail technician gives a long massage, and I only received a short one here. Plus, it is $5 more expensive than my usual salon, at $25. Still a clean place, with skilled technicians who are friendly and speak English. read more

I walked in yesterday and saw it was a cute salon that was nice and clean. I was their last customer, Taliyah did my nails and didn't rush even though they were close to closing soon. She really paid attention to detail and gave me suggestions made sure I was comfortable and asked if I was happy with the work she was doing. I definitely will return again. I haven't had such a good quality job done in a long time. I've been getting acrylics done for over 15 years and she really stood out for me. This salon is taking, what seems, every precaution, to protect their customers and employees. All are asked to wear a mask and wash hands when they enter. Plastic barriers were custom designed and placed between you and your manicurist. Additionally, they are limiting appointments. I knew I was in safe hands. Left, yet again, a happy customer! LOVE!!!! This place is a very cute salon with the most amazing staff. The service is great and the prices unbeatable, not overpriced like most. It's much smaller as well but you receive more attention from the techs. I have tried the Nexgen with Ximena and also the acrylic with gel polish, it's been over 2 weeks and my nails still look brand new, she is wonderful and pays very close attention to detail. I had such a wonderful experience at Artistic Nails & Spa. I had originally scheduled an appointment online (which is so convenient), but unfortunately had to reschedule and over a holiday weekend were able to accommodate the only time I could go, and as a first time customer they owed me nothing to make that happen! I was greeted with Libia, the salon owner was so friendly and even helped me decide on my design (since I was being indecisive). The tech who actually did my dip manicure and pedicure, also did my eyebrow wax, Margaret and she was incredible. She paid attention to details, and was thorough in her techniques as if she was working on her own nails. She took her time, and I can't appreciate that enough. I have spent a long time trying to find a place I like, most places I have gone to they just do a quick landscaping on my nails or toes, and usually within days I have chipped nails or it already looks like I have to get a fill. I never have written a bad review on anything in my life, until now. Wanted to try out a new nail place due to just moving to Deerfield Beach. I had high hopes as the reviews were positive. I went in and I asked for a dip powder full set. I picked bubble bath as my color, and I had asked for just simple square nail shape. My nail tech was nice, but from the start I noticed every little thing was taking an extremely long time. My appointment was at 12, and I sat down in the chair right at 12. My nail tech started to glue my tips on, and some of them were put on crookedly. It took up to an hour and half for my nails just to be shaped. During the time of the shaping, my nail tech broke one of my nails while doing them. So she had to restart one of them. That took another 20 minutes to do. This kept going on for a long time and my nails were looking horrible. She had to call over another nail tech to come fix her work. While the nail tech was fixing my nails she broke a 2nd nail off and had to re do another nail on top of what she already had to fix. I ended up being at the salon from 12-3pm. 3 hours is unacceptable for a full set. One hand has longer nails than the other and are uneven. They did make it right and only charge me $15 for my set, and I did appreciate that. But 3 hours is ridiculous and I didn't feel like the nail tech cared about how bad of job she was doing on my nails, and she waited way to long time to ask another worker for any help. read more

I didn't know anyone there personally so I just called for an appointment with anyone who could do gel fs and a pedicure that day. I got assigned Ada, an angel from above! She was so sweet and gentle with my nails. I stuck with her ever since! The place is nice and the staff is even nicer. They have great massage chairs and a large variety of colors. 1/19 I went to this salon. I came here under the recommendation of a long time customer of theirs. I even brought my mom along to get her pampered as well. The front desk person asked what I wanted, I let her know I wanted tips and the next gen..I was assigned to Lynn she did a terrible job. 1. NO TIPS WERE PUT ON. 2. She was very annoyed at the fact that my daughter (1 year old) was crying she even stated " that was a bad idea bringing her, your nails aren't going to come out good"!! The entire session she rushed, at one point she even left and went to the back. I was supposed to get a pedicure done that day as well and chose not to because I was so upset with this employees attitude! On Monday 1/22 one of my Nextgen nails chipped and today finally came off entirely! I am extremely upset with my experience. My mother on the other hand received great service from her technician. End of story the salon is clean, obviously NOT child friendly and certain staff members have serious attitude problems. read more
