    **2019** We ordered…read morefurniture from this store on Saturday July 6th and it has now taken over two weeks to receive it. We were to have the furniture delivered that next Tuesday. When we got to the delivery the two nightstands were damaged so they had to order them. To be delivered the following Monday or Tuesday. They first delivered a mattress that was torn. And though they offered to replace it, they have yet to bring the new one and take the torn one away. We have been told they would be out on three different occasions now to replace the mattress and no one has shown up. When initially delivering the chairs to my dining room table two were very wobbly so I sent them back. Instead of receiving them the next Monday or or Tuesday I was quoted (because they forgot to take it off the truck) again we are at Friday July 19 and I have to return to the store again to pick them up. Now on the 19th I am able to pick up my chairs and bench I ordered. But, again they do not have my end tables or my mattress. The end tables weren't on the truck they explained. I am told the mattress is coming tomorrow. They are telling me they might be able to deliver them on the 20th but they are not sure. They will have to call me and let me know if they are able to deliver them. Again, I found out they forgot to take it off the truck. They deliver ever the same defective caris with exTra pads under the feet to fix the short legs. "They are just made that way" In summary, they have been really nice about selling me several thousand dollars worth of merchandise. And extremely nice about telling me my furniture is defective, on order, not on the truck, or plain ole not delivered when it was supposed to be.     Went to Lowe's, Baton Rouge on Millerville on Saturday ready to buy a washing machine. We looked…read moreand found one we like for $899.00. We had the truck with us and we're going to take it then. The whole time we were there looking nobody was there to help us. When we found what we wanted there was still nobody to help us. We waited a few more minutes, called Lowe's to tell them to please send somebody to help us and the phone rang about 20 times and nobody answered. We left. We went to STINES in Walker and were immediately greeted by a very knowledgeable man. He answered so many questions we had. We bought our washer and immediately took it home and set it up. Lowe's use to be our "go to" but I think after Saturday we will start using Stines. They are a lot closer to us anyway. I'm sure Lowe's couldn't care less about my experience but I wanted to let others know how badly Lowe's has gone down in the last year or so.

They will do absolutely nothing to make it right. I was never told I had 48 hours to make sure it worked, and no I didn't read fine print when buying from a company as established as Lowes. I get better customer service from ordering things on Temu, and every other brick & mortar as well as online retailer. I purchased a dryer on Friday night, tried multiple times to get it to work on Sunday and it didn't heat up. Called on Monday and was told by the associate that I was too late by policy, but that I could bring it back and ask to speak to a manager. I loaded the thing up and drove 30 minutes to the store to be told sorry we can't take it back! When I called on Monday I actually thought they would bring me a new one and swap it out...what a foolish thing to think. Now I am stuck with a broken, brand new dryer and the personal responsibility to try to get the manufacturer to make it right. The only reason I bought it from them was because it was available for me to take and use immediately, now who knows how long it will take to get this new dryer to work. Actually I don't want this one anymore, I want my money back so I can buy a good machine from a decent company that stands by the products they sell.
