The agents seemed transparent about the relatively fast turnaround on getting the stone shipped/cut/and installed. However when the installer came to install, they installed on of the slabs with significant chipping at the seam. It took weeks of advocacy to get them to replace the slab and make sure the seams where the appropriate color to match the countertop. The fact that the installer cut corners and didn't notify myself or the company angered me, and the fact that the company tried to avoid responsibility and was slow to resolve the issue soured me on the experience. I really wanted to like them, but the work and service was just not satisfactory. Additionally, they sold us on a type of quartz from MSI that has not been tested or rated for durability or heat performance. I would have appreciated more transparency in this regard as well from the agents.

We reviewed my options for backsplash and I am not only going to get the look I was wanting, I am also going to get a decorative backsplash above my range (which I purchased new in order to have flat range surface instead of one with the controls on the back panel). By the end of my appointment, I was able to reserve my job and a tentative date of install. He was asked to prepare 2 quotes, one for a repair and recoat around a window that had leaked and been replaced and a worst-case scenario of repair and recoat the entire front and side of a 2-story house if major issues were found. The original stucco showed no signs of damage so no one thought the second quote would be needed. His quote was in line and fair when compared to others quoting the same job. He was not a pushy salesman, but was very knowledgeable about the work and how it would be done. They set up everything (taking care not to kill the established landscaping) and began removal around the window the next day. The situation went from bad to worse...the OSB behind the original stucco was degraded from hidden water damage as were significant portions of the 2x4 structure on all of the lower level. It was traumatic seeing how badly damaged the house was. Andy and his foreman Julian assured us that they could and would handle it. The crew was speedy with the removal of all the old stucco and damaged material and then completely rebuilt everything better than new. Each day they cleaned up the area and tarped it to prevent any issues from weather. The entire stucco system was reapplied in the multiple layers with fiber mesh support. They painted any knicks in the soffit and one wood window. I believe they must have stock in caulk as everything was meticulously caulked at each layer to prevent water intrusion from occurring again. These guys are true artisan craftsmen and take a tremendous amount of pride in a job well done they can put their name on, which in today's world is hard to find. There communication was above what could be expected. While the weather extended the job longer than expected, it was all done perfectly and cleaned up like it never even happened.
