I believe my lash techs name was Katerina and she made my big brown eyes look amazing! If you want to go from "she cute" to "woah she beautiful" this is your spot!! The vibes are great (protect your energy sis) & the owner is insanely kind. I had a complimentary hand service & was treated like a queen the entire time. There's really only 3 cons: The language barrier as they predominantly speak Russian (learning anyways so it's cool). The distance and location if you don't have a car nor live in the neighborhood (luckily I force my bf to chauffeur me everywhere). The PRICE HUNNY!! Looking like MONEY is NOT cheap.... it's VERY EXPENSIVE. I've spent over $200 dollars here in one month on my lashes ($100 and change and then a crazy almost $100 retouch + tip). I like to eat, have experiences, save for travel & pretty much have some semblance of a life, but if you can do that while paying for your Jlo lashes, DO IT!! You won't regret it! I got my eyelashes done, asked for the same thing I got the last times I'd been there (they had it in the system). I've had them done in the past so I knew how to take care of them and was especially hyper-vigilant this time. I noticed a little bit of fall out at first but I trusted the studio and a little fallout is normal so I did not think much of it. However, 8 days after having my eyelashes done, I woke up and realized that one of my eyes barely had any lashes on at all. My eyelashes looked terrible and it was extremely noticeable the difference between the two eyes. I called the studio ASAP and after trying to resolve this, they told me that all I could do was pay for a 2 week touch up and they would fill all my lashes. I was not pleased with the shape initially (which I have stated was not their fault) so paying $70 for a touch up less than ten days after having them done just to get the same shape was absurd. To fix this, they then offered me a 10% discount on a new set so it would be $108, 9 days after I got them done which was upsetting since less than ten days ago I paid that much for a full set that should've lasted me around 4 weeks like it did in the past. I was embarrassed to walk out of the house with my eyes looking so uneven, and I ended up going and getting them removed since my frustrations were not being heard or taken seriously. This studio does not understand that I have done nothing wrong, nearly an entire eye of eyelashes should not have fallen off eight days after having them done, this is clearly an issue in the application process and I should not be expected to pay nearly full price for a new set not even two weeks after getting my initial set. I have attached photos for proof and I hope you all trust my review and find a better place to get your lashes done.

I got the 5D because I wanted something very full and dramatic and my lashes were not the healthiest and a bit sparse from another lash place I was going to before. Due to a previous lash place and their poor application(accidentally gluing two natural lashes to the same false lash) my lash line had gaps. I loved the way my lashes looked right after I got them done. I received so many compliments from them and even recommended someone to them. The only problem was due to the way they were applied, it only took a couple days for my lashes to grow out a little bit and for the root area to bother my eyes. I've had numerous lash extensions before and this was a new problem that I've encountered. They were also a bit pricey for refills.
