First of all BRING CASH. I was a walk in at 4:30 and this place is scheduled to close at 6. The people working were so nice and amazing about fitting me in at that exact given moment, I wouldn't say that I waited any longer than 15 minutes because there was another woman ahead of me finishing up. The woman worked so well with what I wanted and this place even takes on clients AFTER 6 with no complaints!! The best customer service when I expressed o wasn't happy with the design and wanted to change it up a bit. Only $45 for this acrylic/gel set and that's only due to the fact I wanted this design or it would've been $35. So I went yesterday to get my nails and my feet done . I work 2 jobs and always on my feet and had a really hard week and just needed a good pedi . I look forward to the massage as to that is a big part of it as well as getting any of the dry skin off so they are nice and soft. I ended up getting the guy and I was excited because I thought he would massage better then the female but sadly he did not. He was rushing through it like crazy didn't bother to take the dry skin off and when I asked him to actually massage my feet because he wasn't he told me he was too tired to do it . I was livid ! I wanted to cry to be honest because I never get to do nice things for myself so it was a huge disappointment. Doug did my nails amazing and I made sure to tip Doug , I would have tipped the other guy like $30 bucks if he had actually done what he was supposed to but sadly I won't be getting my feet done there anymore. read more

My sister and I went for manicure with gel polish. I have always had to wash my hands before they put the polish on. My sister they did. Me no. The polish came off one nail the next morning. Then all started dropping off with in a few days. They rushed through both of us so fast no lotion no hand message. The were both working on two people at once. I will NEVER go back there. read more

They spent lots of time on the shaping, making sure everything was an even length and perfect shape. They made sure everything was smoothed down and not bumpy. My design looks amazing as well. I payed them 55 dollars for simple black acrylics with nothing extra on them and I left with bleeding fingers and bubbly unfinished nails but they insisted that everything was perfect and got upset any time I said something was wrong. Went here a few weeks ago, they kept leaving me to work on other people's nails right in the middle of me getting mine done, I ended up being there for several hours for a service that would only take 45 mins tops, I'd be okay with staying that long if they were just trying to take their time and be careful with my nails, but that was not the case, they rushed on my nails and in the end they looked so sloppy and there was bubbles from the polish on my nails. I went to this shop, taking a chance since I'm on vacation but really needed a pedicure. When I called for an appointment the man who answered was so polite and made me an appointment for the next morning at 11:00. The shop is spotless and each nail tech was wearing a mask. They took me right away. The nail tech did a beautiful job on my feet and nails and gave me an excellent foot and leg massage. She was very sweet and very careful cutting my nails and painting them. My daughter and I went for a mani pedi. We both have natural nails. They used nail files for acrylics which tore up our nails. Told my guy not to file nails into spikes. He proceeded to do just that. They don't listen to what is asked. They also cross talk and laugh at customers. My daughters nails are filed crooked and didn't make it out the door without needing them to be redone. Don't go here. Nice people. Service not so good. I paid 50 dollars for a general pedicure and manicure, did not want nail polish. The wait was 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. They did not spend time with detail, took them 20 minutes tops for pedi and mani. They did not do cuticles, only cut my toenails and fingernails and put lotion on them. Nothing else was done. Went to the nail salon on April 12, 2021. I had made an appointment for three people one for a fill and two for full sets. When I walked in they asked me what I was getting and I told them that I had an appointment and explain to them what we were getting. They sat us down and another person asked what we were getting. I explain to them again what was happening and they took the two sets to get their nails done while I sat there. One of the girls finishing her nail I talk to the nail tech about what I would like to get. I want to the flame put on my finger and I was told that it was too complicated and he can't do it and it takes too long and he doesn't want to do it. I tried to work with them on what we could do and he found a stencil and I said that would be fine and then he asked me to come back tomorrow. I then told him that I was supposed to be getting my nails done and he told me that I didn't say that when making my appointment. And then after me explaining that I said that when I made the appointment he proceeded to tell me that they were closed and will not do my nails. And after that as we left he proceeded to take on another client and start doing her nails. This is the worst service I've ever had any nail salon.10/10 would not recommend. read more

Not a good place. I had a pedicure and it was $45. The lady that did my pedicure was rough and hurt my shins and the middle of my foot. It's been six days and I am still having trouble walking. She bruised me and I'm not sure what's going on with my foot, but a pedicure has never felt like this before. She asked several times if she was hurting me and I said, "yes," and "please stop," but she didn't stop. When it came time to pay I had cash, but I wanted to pay with my debit card. The man taking the money looked in my wallet as I was getting my card and said, "you don't have enough cash?" I said, "no." And he gave me a look as if I was somehow being rude to him by not paying cash. Extremely odd place with extremely odd people. I honestly think it's hit or miss with these people on who you get, but I won't be returning. I honestly should press charges for saying, "stop" and she didn't. read more

This place does not deserve your business! I believe my business should be earned, especially if I am paying for an optional service. While I was getting a pedi by the new girl (who was very sweet), I guess she did not do it in the correct order by using the hot stones prior to my leg massage. The owner proceeded to publicly yell at her in a very disrespectful manner RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME! This is completely unacceptable, both to treat an employee this way, as well as doing this in front of the customer mid service. I felt bad for the girl, in fact I was embarrassed for her. This was not my first encounter with the sheer rudeness at this place, and I always chalked it up to a cultural thing. But, this disrespect was beyond what I am willing to spend my money on! I hope the nice girl doing my pedi quit, nobody deserves that! I would like to add: I was a customer prior to the current ownership. I notice some of the reviews are from 2012 which was during a time when the business was owned by previous owners. I would agree with those reviews as they are unrelated to the current business practice. However, although the name/location of this business have remained the same, ownership has not! And this was very apparent! I will never go back, and have taken the time to write this review because I would also like to save anyone reading this from paying for such horrible service. Oh and one other thing: after I left that day I went to a business next door and spoke to the employee at that establishment about my astonishment of the disrespect. They proceeded to inform me the owner (the husband specifically) of the nail salon is not allowed inside their business due to him yelling at their employees disrespectfully. My daughter and I had two very different experiences. I had a younger girl help me and she was wonderful and my nails looked great! My daughter had her perfectly good cuticles trashed and a botched nail job. We came back to have them fixed and the male owner YELLED at us over and over saying it was our fault. I went in here had an appt for shellac nails. First of all they didn't even say hi then they just told me to sit.. She spent a total of 15 minutes on my "manicure" and nail polish combined and there was no one else in there so I don't know what she was rushing for. My nails are awful. I went in for a fill and my granddaughter a full set. They kept us waiting for 1/2 hr even though we had appointments. My granddaughter got hers done first and they were beautiful. Me next, my nails were grown out and he sanded underneath. But then he just did a cheap fill, I had a picture for what I wanted, he painted them white with 2 swipes of glitter to shuck I paid $10 extra. I was running late at this time do I left. Once home we could see how bad they looked, I called and complained but all I got was Hynee why you no like, hynee we have to them to be able fix it, hynee you come in. So I did all I got was the same thing. To have them fix them I would have to $7 dolla extra, even though I had already paid the night before. They would not fix my nails unless I went with a plain color. I can't wear them w/o nail polish cause they are a mess. Shitty job. We will take our business elsewhere for $92 you would think they would be more accommodating. Never will I go back. read more
