And it sounds like such a simple thing but my daughter has had experiences where she's say "I would like it cut just below my shoulders" and end up with something closer to a "bob." But this way it was easy for me to be part of the conversation and my daughter knows I'm right there if she needs anything. Parking is easy as there is reserved parking for customers only. Credit cards are accepted and you can leave a tip using your card (or not) if you'd like.
