My parents moved to the area about a year and a half ago and I wanted to take Mom for a pedi when I came to visit. My sister and I had been here on our last visit and really enjoyed our experience so I was happy that they could accommodate 2 pedicures on short notice again. It was so relaxing! I have an ingrown toenail that Becca, the owner, took her time to gently remove and my foot has never felt so good! All of the employees were kind and attentive. We were told that they are renovating and will be putting in new pedi/massage chairs soon. I wish I lived closer so that I could be a more regular customer but I can't wait to come back to see the finished renovations and have another good pampering! Thank you so much, ladies! I finally found the perfect nail salon. After being disappointed at several local nail salons, I became very discouraged. The edges were never flush and I always felt rushed through. By chance I pulled into a plaza and saw a salon. The first visit was wonderful, Becca is an amazing artist and the whole experience was wonderful. The second visit was even better! Today was the third time I went to Unique Nails and Spa and was even more impressed with my dip manicure. Becca and Kaylee are fabulous and I am looking forward to my fourth visit!!! read more

The two kids, at least they looked like it, were very nice but I could have done a better service myself. My cuticles were barely touched. Sorry but I won't be coming back. The place is also very worn out. It needs major renovations. read more

Unique nails took COVID-19 safety measures very precariously; they've hung clear acrylic sheets to create barriers between client & artist on pedicure chairs, set up sheets along manicure tables, and all workers had their masks on at all times! The service provided was absolutely immaculate. This local Asian-American owned nail shop sets a small & comfortable environment for the customers who prefers to enjoy a small & comforting space as opposed to larger scene which usually tends to be more hectic. Becca Tram is the owner & she is a respectful, sympathetic, & witty individual - she works hard to run her shop in the most efficient way possible. Not a fan. She is rude. No point in making an appointment. I waited for 30m and she tried to get me to pay for a massage while I was waiting. My nails are uneven and look like crap, I had to ask her to reshape and refile and that didn't help. The 2 stars is only for my pedicure which was amazing. read more

I love this nail salon! It is the most relaxing place I've been for nails...the soothing spa music practically lulls me to sleep every time I go. I came here once, usually I do not write reviews on nail salons til I've gone a few times but I've been in the area for two years and every salon I've tried has fallen short in some area. Very nice peaceful spa atmosphere, clean and relaxing. Only place I've tried that gives great pedicure and manicure, nail designs and many options for your pedicure. Most nail salons in the area that offer cool designs are usually low budget and not so relaxing or they have a good atmosphere but Can't seem to do good designs. I get my nails done every 2-3 weeks, and almost didn't get the pedicure I'm glad I did the lady did a very thorough job & for my hands they did everything I asked most salons have one complaint or can't do exactly what I asked. I travel and I've tried salons all over Florida, by far the best one so far! I'm writing this review because it wasn't so busy and it should be people lining out the door! read more
