The ladies here (Lynn, Carmen and Nina) are not only accommodating but sweet, attentive, super talented and always upfront and honest about everything. I tend to get dip manicure and regular pedicure and have never had any issues with chipping or my nails falling apart or needing to be redone. My manicure dip can easily last 2.5 weeks to 4 if I get lucky and that's with me cooking, washing dishes, cleaning the house with products without gloves. I always get compliments from strangers and friends alike on my nails and for someone with thin nails, mine definitely stay strong and grow long thanks to dip, and the great work the ladies do here. The salon is super clean and relaxing! Appointments in advance are best but never hesitate to call for last minute appointments incase they can squeeze you in!

I loved going here for 3 years, until i had an absolute horrific manicure and confronted the…read moremanagement about it as I had never had such a horrible experience there. I paid over 120 dollars for a gel manicure and pedicure. The manicure started chipping within 2 days. Hairline cracks appeared on 2 nails below the white part of the nail. I thought i had possibly gotten an old bottle of polish or that it was applied too thick. When I called to schedule an appt to take it off and get a manicure with no polish I told them I expect at least part of this to be compensated as I have been going there 3 years and this manicure was not the quality I usually receive, so much so that i have to take time out of my day for an extra appt. This means i have to leave work, drive there and sit there for them to fix my nails that should have been done correctly in the first place. So the manager, Wah, reaches out via voicemail and says he would like to talk but wont be in this afternoon. I then get an email the next morning saying I didnt call him back and he wants to talk to me. I quickly responded to the email, pointing out he told me he wouldnt be in and provided times i was free that day and he called. This was the worst customer service call i have had in all 40 plus years of my life. Wah was extremely agressive and had to make a point to tell me that polish doesnt chip that way. I told him i have never had this happen to me before and this is why i was wanting it taken off - I was not asking for a free gel manicure, i simply wanted it taken off and then to clean up the nails that had ripped. He kept on about how the nails and polish cant chip the way I was saying, essentially calling me a liar. So I told him that I didnt think the conversation was going anywhere and it was clear he was not going to help (since all he was saying is that I was lying essentially). He finally said he would refund the card but I am no longer allowed to go there. For what? Calling out one bad manicure in 3 years of service? How ridiculous is that. I told him to keep his $35 dollars, I will never be returning. Unfortunately, who he really hurt with his overly aggressive male attitude was the best manicurist i had in a long time and routinely paid over $20 tip to (not the one who did my nails that particular day as my regular girl was not available). Loosing clients is never justified by having to prove you are right, Wah, especially over $35. Great job hurting your business and the people who work for you. STAY AWAY, AS SOON AS YOU HAVE AN ISSUE THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT YOU AS A CLIENT.
