The deck was NOT leveled! Not enough support put in. No clips used!!! Finish work was a disaster. No plugs in the screw holes. Steps were not to code. All 3 different depth and not level! I had to pay thousands of dollars for the deck to basically be rebuilt. I have pictures and receipts if anyone cares to go that far. They sent their installer out to "fix" the sagging boards. He took up boards and placed wooden shims down. Added more screws. This was an attempt to act like they were doing something "to make me happy." They knew what had been done incorrectly and didn't want to take the day to fix it all The deck looked like it had waves. Then, they stopped responding to me.
