We bought our sinks from Amazon and had another piece of granite on order. While we were waiting for the first firm to send someone out to template for us, we stumbled on AMC by accident. We saw a slab of rainforest quartz that was on sale and was stunning. Price was lower than other quotes we received for granite (which would have required maintenance). We shopped around to get new cabinets and counter tops. My wife wanted granite counter tops and more cupboard space to get appliances off of the counters. We went to the big box stores to get a design and quote. At Lowe's we had to compromise on the type of counter tops that my wife wanted and had to go down to the lower end cabinets to get down to our price point. At Home depot we had to compromise even more. And both gave us an install window of 6-8 weeks out. We were about to put this project off until the Spring when my wife found the advertisement for AMC Building Supply. We called and had Joseph come out the same day to do measurements and give us a quote. His layout was a more usefully layout then either of the Big Box stores, probably because he was on site instead of in a showroom. His quote came in under our price point even with Granite counter tops. We wanted to make sure that the quality was at least equal to the Big Box stores so the next day we visited the showroom. To our surprise the quality and selection of cabinets exceeded the mid and low end cabinets at the Big Box stores. We entered a contract with them on the spot. They even gave us a great deal on a custom hand made sink. Four weeks later and we now have a beautiful functional semi-custom kitchen. We now even have a dedicated food prep area! The installation process was a breeze, AMC handled everything. They were on site to ensure that every issue was addressed and we would get the kitchen we deserved. I'm going to give the highest marks to AMC Building Supply and, the owner, Jack! There were little things here and there that could have been a tiny bit better at times in terms of communication (i.e. when i asked a question, I would hear an immediate response sometimes but other times it took much much longer... I also dont think it was intentional they're really popular and therefore busy) but overall we had an exceptional experience! So I want to begin by saying that this was the first place that we came to, and it looked great, but I'm the sort of person that's always suspicious when something seems too good to be true... So we researched about 10 or 15 other places between Littleton and Denver who we could potentially get our cabinets done by, and what we realized after that whole process was that AMC Building Supply really was the best option. You can tell when you're talking with Jack that you're dealing with a person that's been in the industry for years and that he really knows what he's talking about. We initially were considering another place, but we came back to AMC Building Supply (to just compair prices) and Jack was able to quote us $2,000 less on cabinets that looked exactly the same and had the same level of quality (we researched the brand of cabinets AMC has to offer and found that they have exceptionally high marks). What was even better was that Jack was able to help us find people at a reasonable cost to install the cabinets, countertops, as well as the plumbing for our kitchen sink! These are contractors that he just has connections with. I cannot say enough about the level of professionalism that we found with the people he connected us with. They were on time, and so incredibly great when it came to customer service. Lastly, i want to share that one of the major issues that we had with some of the other places we went to is that we felt like we (my husband and i) were being judged because of our race as soon as we walked into 4 or 5 places we were considering. We were literally told by a couple of people who we asked questions to regarding the cost of cabinets/countertops( before we went w/AMC), that they were just simply "too expensive" ... which was the oddest response, because of course that wasn't the question we asked... I am a therapist, and my husband is an engineer, we are both people of color and don't necessarily always try to dress up when we're out and about on the weekends... And we both very much felt judged regarding those details at a couple of places we went to. With AMC Building Supply the owner, Jack, was incredibly gracious from the beginning and respectful towards me, as well as my family, offering us refreshments when we walked in through the door and really taking the time to help us figure out what we needed and what made sense functionally within our kitchen. We will certainly be going with AMC Building Supply again when we decide to renovate our basement! And I really can't say enough about how wonderful they are, or how well we were treated, or how happy we feel with results!!!! Thank you Jack! AMC did my entire kitchen. Cabinets and Granite And they did it very fast and cheaper than anyone else. Had few different companies come to give me an estimate. They couldn't compare in price and time frame to AMC. Not just that it was cheaper. They did all the work in half time that they estimated. I own rental properties and my personal home. I am still extremely impressed with all of the product I bought and had installed from AMC. I first me Jack and Joseph when they assisted me and my husband back in early 2016 upgrading a rental and I still use them today. Jack has the best price on the 3cm prefab stone tops I have found and I have used his material in all of my rentals to include granite, the 12mm Laminate Flooring, Sinks (both bath and kitchen), faucets and cabinets. The cabinets are so nice, I love the soft close hardware! My husband is a contractor and LOVES the quality of them being plywood box and full maple fronts. Joseph and Jack make the whole ordeal very easy. We will continue to use AMC material in our rentals, flips and next home. read more

I decided to go with this company instead of Rock Solid in order to save $200-$400 dollars as anyone would. Everything was great until the installer Erasmo inform me, why didn't I use the extra piece from the sink he cut out for back splash. I thought to myself, why didn't the owner Jack mention that to me. Then I asked him if he still had the piece and that I would like to use it for back splash and of course his response was yes and that he will do it and install it. One week later, no return calls or text messages. I decided to go back to AMC Building Supply and Jack the owner said they don't keep any pieces in that shop but he will get my original piece. 1 hour later he calls me that he has 2 extra pieces and I can come pick them up. I went to get the pieces and took them with me, now I'm stuck with 2 pieces that won't finish the job and worst part Rock Solid wants to now charge me $250 just to make the cuts. I don't recommend this business because once they get your money then the customer service is extremely poor and you won't get any return calls or text. In addition, I ordered a square sink and they cut the counter rounded. I regret my decision to go with this business. read more
