The huge cabinet over the driver's space had started to separate from the roof and threatened to collapse. Milton new exactly what needed to be done, and equally as important, found the culprit. The factory repair person has sheared a screw when re-installing the motor for the awning, allowing water to flow from the roof into the compartment area. He mitigated that leak, and reinforced the installation for the cabinet structure. He has also repaired a leak at the kitchen sink, and replaced my tired old TV antenna. All of this service was done in a timely fashion, and the quality of work was superb. I give him five stars.

Put in new furnace & again the wiring is wrong-promised to fix that, never SHOWED up. Paid them a LOT of money & thought they would honor their work-but they just keep stalling Called, called & called-lots of PROMISES but no one calls or shows up. Store Manager is absolutely clueless. Went there to have my RV's deep cycle batteries checked and…read more(if needed) replaced. Manager wouldn't let the techs disconnect the batteries to test them. He was so fearful that they might short something out in the RV and have a big liability. He didn't understand the concept of having multiple deep cycle batteries in parallel and insisted that the RVs electrical system was different and complex. I explained that it's essentially the same as a single battery - you just take off the positive and negative terminal and test each battery separately one at a time. He kept insisting that it was completely different and refused to disconnect the batteries for liability reasons. On "your $150k vehicle". I asked him if he sold deep cycle batteries - yep. I asked if they install deep cycle batteries - yep, but he wouldn't do it on my rv. Huh??? Unbelievable. I've never had this problem at any other Sears. The manager is just worthless and either needs some basic training or should get out of the automotive business altogether.

I always tell the technicians that my car has several grease fittings in suspension that need greasing. When I got home a day later I checked under the car and found every grease fitting had not been touched. They were all still coated with months of accumulated grime on grease fittings and were untouched. I checked the balljoint and found it was changed out but the mechanic left out the grease fitting as the hole for it was empty. I went to the store and bought one and pumped it full of grease. It was bone dry and required about 16 pumps of the grease gun. Avoid this place and get a relationship with a recommended local garage who has an interest in keeping you happy. I found that almost all oil change locations fail to lube your grease fittings and that was why I was going through so many suspension components. I do that myself now.

We were on a trip south and could not get the water heater in our brand new Tiffin Wayfarer to…read morework. We figured it was a Owner/Operator error, but were clueless how to proceed. We called a Tiffin Dealer and they were very indifferent toward our problem. We saw Carolina Campers and RVs and pulled in with the hope they'd be able to help. They made us feel like they'd been waiting for us to arrive! Stephanie met us as we pulled in with a huge smile and let us know, that while they couldn't do Tiffin warranty work, they had two Tiffin qualified technicians. Within 5 minutes, we were introduced to Chad, who reset the Water Heater and then gave us a tour of the inside workings of the motor home. We were on our way within 30 minutes! Vacation Saved!
