We had 4 areas done by them; bedroom closet, pantry/storage room, entryway closet, and spare bedroom closet (no photo). We love all of the spaces and wouldn't change anything. We initially had three quotes from two other companies (including California closets), and the designs by Jen were better than the others by far. We initially had glass sliding doors covering up our closet and Jen convinced us to remove them and raise the closet hight by another foot or so. I did the job myself to save some money, and it was not too difficult luckily. It however was a fantastic idea as we were able to change the entire design of the closet to be more functional, and symmetrical. The entry way closet Jen also had the best design for and its much better then how it was done originally. The pantry/storage room we added on at the end as we were not even thinking of having it done, but Jen had very functional ideas which make a huge difference for our day to dad. Overall we had fast, friendly, cost effective, and high quality service. Thanks!

I got 3 quotes from different companies and the quote from Clever Closets came in considerably lower than the others. They also included soft closing hinges and used high end materials and finishings. Jen, who designed everything, did an amazing job maximizing the space. The installation went really well. I'll definitely be using Clever Quarters again in the future.

We selected material and agreed on a price of $1073.15, at this time I specified that I wanted a certain type of drapery hook (the type that slides up from the bottom of the pleat). Sheila D replied that they use the best type of drapery hook used commercially and not to be concerned. I took her at her word. A few days later another Arlenes employee came to take measurements, I showed him a sample of the type of hooks I wanted. he said he would make a note of it on the order. On Nov. 29 the drapes were delivered to be installed, I did not get the right hooks, they were cheap hooks you would find at a dollar store. This was a custom order and I should get what I asked for. A few days later our robot vacuum got tangled in the drapes because loose threads were left hanging from the bottom hem. I definitely would not recommend this business Read less
